My wife and I went in to purchase a gun so she can conceal carry. The employee provided an excellent service, he presented various options, he educated her on the differences and the reasons as to why consider one versus the other. He also performed a few tests to provide a recommendation based on observation and experience. We went in close to closing time, the employees never rushed, they took their time and made sure to go over everything they could as well as offering to answer any further questions to help with the final decision. He never pushed for the sale but rather recommended her to think it over to make sure she would be satisfied with her self-defense weapon. The customer service was impressive. I definitely recommend this armory and will sure be back.

First time handgun builder here: i was having issues with a build and dropped a gun off for repair and fitment check. I needed to have part of the frame dremeled. Guy told me he would have to send it off to a gunsmith and it would take a couple days. Three weeks later I finally get a call saying they couldn't fix it and to come pick it up. I get there and nothing had been done to my gun! Extremely disappointing.

The professionalism in this store can not be understated by any means! Was in there today to buy a Glock for me and my wife, was greeted immediately upon entry, we were asked if we would like to just browse or would we like someone to assist us and show us different sidearms; we knew which Glock we were going with our ready so we just more or less needed to start the paperwork and what not. The entire time we were doing the paperwork the other owner of the store was assisting a husband and wife finding the proper sidearm for them both, he was taking the time to find something that they actually felt comfortable with and both liked instead of pushing the most expensive item which he could have easily done because they clearly didn't have a lot of knowledge but the gentleman was taking the time to explain almost every aspect you can think of to help them better find one that suited them the best. It is a veteran and family-owned business I found out from talking to the other owner which was helping me, another great aspect of this company is the owners are actual Hands-On. 100% recommend if you are local and it is absolutely worth traveling to have this kind of professional and in-depth experience. They also offer quite a few extra classes: Concealed carry classes, Safe Gun handling, Range class and Handgun cleaning classes.

I picked up my Canik TTI not too long ago and from when I made the phone call to walking in and purchasing it everything went smooth. The gentleman helped me with all my questions and when checking out the lady was running my background and it took no time.
