Always a fun hour or so checking out all of the treasures in the various booths. This week I was looking for and I found a beautiful nativity set. The booths were all filled with goodies.

I have been coming to the antique mall for a few years now. It's a really great place to find an assortment of items at sometimes decent prices. There's vintage clothes, lustreware glass, tiki mugs, toys, lamps, etc. I love finding Pokemon items and vintage Hawaiian shirts here!

Plus this a great place to find gifts, especially for someone who just doesn't seem all that excited about birthdays or Christmas. I feel like finding something here that fits a person's personality or contributing to a collection is really way more thoughtful than a gift card or fast fashion item.

I brought a friend here a few days ago since we had some time to burn while he was waiting for his flight. It's a fun place to window shop. We did end up getting a few things for him to take home to his family.

A few things to note.

There is a lot of older staff here, many people who are running booths or keeping an eye on items, especially since there's so many small and easy to steal items. Don't be offended if someone stays in the same area as you, they are just doing their job and trying to keep theft low. This isn't run by a mega corporation, there's just small time vendors renting out booths. So be nice.

Also there's come repaving going on in the parking lot. So you might just need to walk a little to get the the store. It's about time because that parking lot looked really rough for awhile.

A very neat place so many venders the staff there are very kind. However some of the prices and crazy, booth 80 was the one I noticed the prices tenfold! But it’s individual sellers so it has nothing to do with the amazing staff something to remember:)

I came from antique mall of America & was suggested this location to check out before they closed since we were coming from out of state. I got there and started looking around. People up front were talking loudly about a person with tattoos stealing - while I was walking by with visible tattoos & much younger than the cashier/vendor? group. Then shortly later I get a woman get in my face to tell me that they were closing in less than 10 minutes, when it wasn’t. I was glared at when I continued to quickly decide which item I was going to get. They made my partner feel uncomfortable as well. It felt like we were pressured to leave and not welcomed. Seeing another review also seeming to have a similar experience less than a week ago. I had planned to have spent $150 on two Victorian items, but I wasn’t going to after the way they conducted themselves. I rather go back to antique mall of America and support that business again. They should take a page out of “don’t judge a book by its cover” when having younger & having tattoos customers because I am just as much as a. antique collector as them.

Edit : As a business owner myself. The owner’s response to take no accountability to address their employees unprofessional customer service but put the ownace on the customer for “feeling” that way shows why the employees feel entitled to conduct themselves in this manner. We were not asked once to be helped while looking in cases. It was apparent they thought we were looking to “steal” based on the off comments/lie of closing time and assumed we were not going to be purchasing based on our age & appearance. When we left before their closing hours and they immediately locked the doors behind us. That is profiling and unprofessional, there’s “no feelings” based, the actions they did show the intent as fact. I hope vendors who are in this business look at these reviews and look elsewhere where to vend if their values do not align with business practice. My only option or “feeling” is that I hope they don’t treat minorities this way, if this how they treat a young white woman.

Stopped by this antique mall in Vegas hoping to find something interesting—left with nothing but the pleasure of feeling like an intruder. Showed up about 30 minutes before close, which seemed to trigger some sort of silent alarm. The staff made it painfully clear we were the only ones left, talking loudly enough to be sure we heard, and following us around like we were casing the place.

Prices were as overinflated as the attitude—think thrift shop quality with designer price tags. I’d have loved to browse without the “get out” vibes, but apparently, arriving late means getting treated like a nuisance. Not the kind of place I’d go back to, unless overpriced dust collectors and a chilly welcome are your thing.

If the place is ran like most antique malls, then the staff is made up of sellers that have booths - could have been a bad day, maybe there’s been some turnover, but I picked a bad day to visit!
