Bought a "VIP" ticket for New Year's Eve, which meant access to an open bar from 9 pm until close (around 3 am). Other than that, it wasn't a particularly VIP experience.

There are multiple colored wristbands, and the staff was put in an impossible situation sorting out who was allowed to have access where. The outdoor patio is small, and we staked our spot out around 10:30 pm to be sure we could see the fireworks. We were then told our "VIP" wristband did not include access to the patio for the fireworks, and would have to head inside, but I had taken a screenshot of the description when I bought the ticket and it clearly indicated we did. A manager was called, and she read the description, apologized for the confusion and we were allowed to stay.

The view of the fireworks was decent, but this end of the strip does not get very crowded for the fireworks, and next time, I would save my money and just head toward street in front of the New York hotel to watch. Hardly anyone on the street and I'm sure a decent view from there.

The crowd for New Year's Eve was also a bit pretentious. As it got close to midnight, it was very crowded on the patio and a woman who pushed her way into the crowd and landed behind us (we would not move to let her in front of us, although she tried!) kept complaining we standing too close to her, even though she pushed her way into us. She kept complaining until I told her if she was that unhappy, I could call the manager to try to solve her problem as I had her card (from the patio issue before). She stopped complaining after that.

Overall, it was fine for the experience once, and the bartenders were wonderful. But on New Year's Eve, absolutely not worth the money.

Came by the other day because I saw they had Xmas decor. Had some dinner here. The drinks were the best. Ashley was my bartender at the bar. I’m definitely going to come find her again. Super attentive girl, with an awesome espresso martini (: Shout out to you Ashley, thanks!

Had an amazing time and got a table with the girls. Great vibe but the best part of the experience was Angel and Debbrick! The both of them exceeded above and beyond by making sure everyone was taken care of and made the experience truly top notch! If anyone was going to get a table I’d make sure to get with them because they’ll make sure your experience is the best and treat you like family!

While my wife and daughter danced the night away at a KPop concert, I found myself at the Foundation Room—and what a perfect spot to hang out! Perched at the top of Mandalay Bay, the views of the Las Vegas Strip are simply breathtaking. Seeing the city lights stretch endlessly into the night felt magical, especially with the festive holiday decorations giving the space a cozy, elegant feel.

The vibe was relaxed yet upscale, with a mix of holiday cheer and that classic Vegas energy. I took a seat at the bar, where the bartenders were attentive, friendly, and knew their craft. I went with a classic Old Fashioned, and it was spot on—smooth, well-balanced, with just the right kick. Sipping my drink while gazing out over the glittering skyline? Can’t beat it.

Foundation Room feels like a secret escape from the Strip’s chaos, perfect for a laid-back evening with amazing cocktails and stellar service. Whether you’re there for the view, the vibe, or both, it’s worth the visit.

Fantastic period decor and atmosphere. Fillet cooked perfectly. Servers on point all night. My glass never quite got to half empty. Great job, Julie! The view is very hard to beat. Definitely recommend.

So the view and service was good. But two different people from our group suffered violent food poisoning from the steak / cheese sandwiches - and that messed up our entire conference.

Better food safety highly recommended else you are causing a huge inconvenience to people who traveled far!

This place has the worst service but highest prices. We were not concerned about the prices, but when our waitress kept disappearing for long periods of time, we couldn’t help to think to ourselves was it because we were Black. My significant other made special reservations because he was planning to propose to me there. He told them it was my birthday and he requested they come to our table to acknowledge that . The receptionist agreed and said they do it all the time. They barely wanted to serve us let alone come over to acknowledge a birthday. The vibe was so bad that my significant other ended up proposing in our room instead. They ruined our special night on several levels and we were really disappointed with the experience.
