This was my first time using the company and I was very impressed. I wanted to have a newsletter printed, but gasped when I realized staples was going to charge over $500 for the project. I decided to give this company a shot. I was initially impressed that I was able to talk to an actual human on the phone to answer some questions, and then when my project came in the mail, I was so pleased with how high the quality was- for a fraction of what I would have paid at staples. I’ll be using them again!!

Printivity was excellent. I had regular emails from different customer reps with each draft I submitted of our product. Each member of staff I talked to was aware of my order and needs. I got my order a day before it was scheduled to arrive and it was all perfect! The people who checked the drafts were very thorough and even gave some great notes that we used. Will order again. (Product: 300 student practice notebooks for an after school music program) After reading the 1 Star Reviews, I would say that I did all my communicating through email and double/triple checked that the digital proof matched what I wanted. I also put all my suggestions into the form when I rejected a proof, not into emails.

My experience was disappointing. My project was expected to arrive December 2nd. I didn't receive my package that day, so I emailed them. They said they were experiencing delays because of a huge influx of orders and my package would arrive December 4. It did arrive. I would have received no communication about my order being delayed if not for emailing them first.

BUT, the quality of the print was disappointing. I did some cheap ($8, saddle-stitched prints) test prints elsewhere and the colors of my project were deep, vibrant and beautiful. The colors came out better than I expected honestly.

The colors from printivity were BAD. My deep blues were now purple, and the colors were overall lighter and less vibrant. It's like they were almost out of cyan ink and still ran it.

The only thing it had going for it was nicer binding and paper than my $8 saddle stich tests. For about $25 a book I excepted WAY better.

We had a very special project that had a zine component. We were cutting it close with time and their scheduling on their calendar of getting it done was right on time! It happened to be submitted Friday before the week of thanksgiving so with the holiday we were a bit nervous on hitting the deadline to get things done and they came through! Great paper weight, printing and communication, very easy processing through their website. This zine was a really nice touch to our project and Printivity knocked it out the park. Thanks yall!

I understand that delivery times may vary. I don’t however understand being completely unhelpful when it comes to customer service. My order wasn’t even ready to be shipped until 2 days past the day it was supposed to be delivered. We chose this company for the flexible delivery and next day delivery options. It took 2 days to even get a clear answer on when my order would ship and I was getting different info from different sources. This system is terrible and gives no value to the customer.
