The customer service provided by this company is exceptional and goes above and beyond what is typically considered standard in today's customer support.

Tim and Thomas have been incredibly responsive and helpful. I purchased a +3 extension for my Glock 43 magazines, but I encountered an issue where the extensions were locking up the compressed springs after inserting the last round.

They offered to inspect both the magazines and the extensions to investigate the problem further. It turned out that there are two different generations of Glock 43 magazines. My magazines were Generation 1, while their extensions were designed for Generation 2 magazines.

Regardless of this, they worked diligently to modify their extensions so they would be compatible with both generations. They successfully made my magazines fully functional with the new +3 extensions and did not charge me for their extra work.

I am truly pleased with their outstanding service.

This place is great! Mike is a super good guy. Went to the shop to pick up some parts for my M & P Shield 2.0 and then we started talking about music and hit it off. He was already giving me a sweet deal on my parts but after talking he knocked even more off the price. The parts are very high quality from the machining and anodizing. He also installed the trigger for me, which I could have done myself but the fact that he was willing to do it for me was just another testament to how cool this company is. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for some really nice aftermarket additions to their pistols.

I love these mag extensions. I ordered one for CZ p10m, and immediately had to order a second for my spare mag. I had an issue with my credit card clearing the transaction on the second order, and Mike at Hyve was able to help me within minutes. I had a terrible experience at Hyve Technologies, a gun shop that I will never visit again. Sergio, the employee who assisted me, was extremely rude, unprofessional, and poorly educated about the firearms industry. His lack of knowledge about guns and disrespectful attitude made my visit very unpleasant. For anyone looking for reliable and knowledgeable service in a firearms store, steer clear of Hyve Technologies. Save yourself the trouble and find a more reputable gun shop with courteous and knowledgeable staff. Hyve Technologies is not the place for quality customer service or parts.

Hyve accessories are top quality and look great. I ordered mag extensions, a slide plate and a mag release for my Glock 43 and they all functioned flawlessly. Their customer service is also second to none. I highly recommend them.

Review edit of 12/4/23 - In response to my 3 star review, the folks at Hyve have offered to send me a fully built magazine with extension, which I think is an example of outstanding customer service. I would have been happy with simply replacing the extension which I had purchased and thought was defective. These folks do it right. Highly recommend.

Original review - 11/29/23. I have ordered and now use a number of their mag extensions for my various caliber S&W M&P’s and Shields, and until I got this last extension for my S&W 40c, all was well. Build quality has always been excellent until this last order. When I tried to tighten down the little set screw in the extension which keeps the extension from sliding off the magazine it only took a couple turns using the tiny allen wrench they provided and the little wrench stripped the hole in the screw so that I could not tighten it down or get it out, and it sticks up out of the magazine as a sharp little protrusion to provide a nice tear on your finger when using it. First time that has happened but now I have an extension I can’t use and it is so scratched up from taking it apart to see if the little screw got set wrong (it comes already started) that I am sure I can’t return it. I still give five stars for the other extensions I have purchased but this one was a dud because I spent $30 on something I can’t use.

I have to say Hyve products are awesome. They offer the same as Apex products or Taran but have excellent customer service and better prices. I had some small issues that occurred during the shipping process and Tim at Hyve was awesome! I emailed him and he responded within minutes. Asked a couple of basic questions and sent replacement parts for what I needed. I had my minor issue resolved in less then 30 minutes. Personally great customer service and quality are important to me. They had excellent customer service and a great looking product. For reference I purchased base plates, slide plate, trigger, and mag release for Shield. Will be buying from again for my Glock 19
