I love this location (besides the fact that it doesn't have a car wash). I get done with work pretty late so it's awesome that this location stays open late. The staff is always so friendly and helpful. Tonight I had a nice conversation with a worker when I was checking out. The great customer service is what keeps bringing me back.

Did not think to take some pictures but night before last I ended app doing mobile order as I have done ever since quick trip began, One of my friends in the area was going to pick it up and bring it back to the house. I ordered a pizza bag of chips, 2 lemonades, 2 cans a cat food some other items but I do know that only the pizza and the cat food and the cookies were right - no bread (paid for)the chips they gave were 2 bags of chips instead of one and the wrong flavor (paid for) I ordered 2 peach lemonades and they gave me peach water and so on I'm actually heading up there now to speak to somebody because I am a longtime faithful patron of KT and am there all the time so I've just hope that you You all keep a tighter lid on managing staff and ensuring the customer service they give is as excellent as it always is.

This is a good kwik trip but 4 out of the last 5 times I’ve gotten a soda they charged me with the size bigger. I know it’s only a 20 cent difference but it kind of bugs me.

Spring on spring-loaded pump #20 for REG GAS (hose #87) , latch was broke! So when I unsuspectingly pulled nozzle out from car? Gas DID NOT SHUT OFF and my arm & shirt got sprayed/COVERED with gas. NOTE: PUMP AHEAD had ALL hoses marked as "OUT OF ORDER". Had to wash myself off with windshield cleaner & paper towels, dig spare shirt out of trunk and do "damage control" to myself in restroom. Pointed out to cashier after handing over gas-soaked shirt. Apparent that appropriate mtce of pumps here is minimal and no apology for what happened. Pointed out to staff to prevent someone else from having the DISTURBING experience I had but did not get sense or urgency. More so, downplay.

Will never go to the 'stallis Kwik Trip EVER again!!!!

This is one of the worst customer service. Quick trips. I've ever seen quite frankly. It's an embarrassment to be a quick trip. Because the rest are so good. Me and my six-year-old daughter were eating breakfast in the parking lot and she wanted to charge her little g. Pad on the exterior outlet of the building. When some self righteous jerk gets out of his $50000 SUV Talking about needs to be unhooked before he even clocked in. Maybe because my work truck sent a wrong message. I've got dump trucks worth more than your car and me. And my employees will not be coming back here and be very careful if you close your eyes for just a moment in the parking lot. Or pumps, they will call the police on you and say you're on dope orwhatever reason the cops need to talk to you. I'm witness this on more than one occasionI would avoid this quick trip like the plague.

Go to this Kwik Trip quite often. Always excellent customer service, and never a long wait in the line. They are quick to “ICU” and get another cashier available.
