Open on Thanksgiving, in an out in 5 minutes even with a packed store.

Thanks Safeway, you make it so easy for instacart ( maybe the items on end aisles are sometimes not there per app) but your checkers are so very nice and we appropriate it! Were customers to and I appreciate being treated like it.

I shop at Safeway A LOT. Out of the options available it works pretty good for most of what we use. HOWEVER, for today, the experience in the store was completely off the rails. A store employee came down the aisle I was in with another customer and was somewhat rude to her helping her find what she was looking for and before she could scoot back up the aisle I asked if I could ask a question. She came over grudingly. I asked where in the store I could find what I was looking for and had already looked there (why on earth would I ask if I had found it?), then she told me I needed to be in the Safeway App to which I told her I was and she told me I wasn't. So I went all the way out and back into the app. Then she proceeded to be just flat out condescending. I don't get irritated often when I am talking to folks in retail. but this is the 2nd time in a year or so that an employee has been either condescending or implying that I may be "shop lifting" through the self check out area. I called the store and voiced my concern with this woman.

Be careful when going into the store when you ask questions about products or where you might find them. I typically have a great experience but not today. I get that they are probably stressed out from the busy time before Christmas but no excuse. If you can't be cordial to your customers then find another job.

Not bad, produce is better than average, but meat department is lacking if you are looking for prime cuts. Prices are not the cheapest in town, but average i guess. Store is clean and what you would expect from a Safeway. Bathrooms....... not good

Shoutout to the awesome employee with the goatee and the hat at the self checkout around 9 this morning. I wish I caught his name. Super friendly and fun to talk to. This Safeway has some really great employees!

I went to the pharmacy and my stuff is never done in time. I moved to Fred Meyer and it's just so much better than safeway. Nicer workers, better people and better work life. Not sure what the DPM is doing but you should think about replacing him. Just a suggestion.

12/16 Around 5PM, my husband went to the deli to pick up Chinese for dinner. There was a special running in the weekly ad. When he got to the counter, it was dark and no food was put out. He kindly asked the employee if they were closed, and she rudely replied, “it looks that way if you don’t see anything there.”
Disappointed that nothing was available on a Friday night at dinner time when they are running a special, many would like. He ended up going to Haggen.
