So, I finally get why this Rite-aid only has 2 stars. 1) They're regularly understaffed, 2) they don't handle tracking prescriptions very well. Their system kept sending me reminders to pick up my meds, but I picked up the scrip it was pinging me about 2 weeks ago. I realize they're closing sometime soon, but... yeah. There's a reason. Hopefully a better business will move into that space.

I understand why the store might get only a few stars because their shelves are really bare. BUT, the pharmacy is absolutely wonderful. I had 1 perscription switched from Haggen in MV because RiteAid's costs was significantly lower. I was was so impressed with how much better the customer service and response time was that I switched all my prescriptions over, as well as my family's. I've been using this pharmacy for months now and with every single interaction I am so glad I made the switch.

Okay this will be my first ever review on Google Maps just due to the sheer freaking idiocy of what I was just told and what I heard so I went to use the restroom while I was shopping for what turned out to be not much because the shelves are as bare as Santa's elf shelves day after Christmas I don't know it just horrible so while I was back by the pharmacy I thought before I drive north I'll just use this restroom and I went to go open the doors and they were locked so I made my way up front to ask one of the clerks if they can open the restroom door and the gentleman up there that I did not get to talk to and said oh the restrooms are closed and I said really I said why is there no notice on either the doors the front entrance or the restroom doors and what turns out to be the weirdest and probably lamest excuse for anything I've ever heard in my life is when I asked the lady when I was checking out 31 dollars worth of stuff that was overpriced I said well why don't you just put a notice so people don't have to come ask or they don't even come in if they're just trying to use the restroom you know for a second and the clerk Stone Cold straight face looks at me and says they won't let us I guess meaning corporate so let me get this straight you're able to tell people verbally every day all day that the restrooms are closed when they come to ask for them to be open but you can't write it down on a piece of paper to tell them ahead of time so they don't have to come ask you and waste their time because it doesn't matter to you as a company or as a business what insane policy does this have to do with I almost think the clerk was just making crap up it sounded and seems that wacky anyhow that'll be my first and last time to that Rite Aid

Regularly fails to check messages for left prescriptions, even hours after they are placed. Would recommend choosing a different pharmacy until or unless this is corrected.

I cannot believe how rudely I was treated by the pharmacy manager and another member of his staff treated me as I tried to correct an error they made in filling my prescriptions. I was told he didn’t have time to deal with it and I could take my business elsewhere. He kept interrupting me as I explained the issue and basically said it was my problem to fix, and it was my fault. So I did take my business elsewhere. It’s not the issue of the mistake as much as how shabbily I was treated when I was as trying to get it fixed. Never will I spend a penny at Rite Aid again.

Awful experience every time I go there. Are they getting rid of makeup because they have just weird, bad remnants ever. Snacks? Always empty. Totes? Piled all over the store haphazardly.

And prescriptions? They never have my monthly filled prescription. It is always delayed. I am currently three days out of my meds because two weeks ago I told them to fill them. Apparently my doctor’s license number changed and instead of working proactively and calling her office to clarify or fix the issue, or even let me know so I could do that, they did absolutely nothing. Nothing at all. Then when I tried to call days ago to find out the issue they said her license changed so they’d get it taken care of. And when I called my doctor’s office yesterday to see what was going on, they said rite aid hadn’t called them at all. So more calling on their interminable phone tree and waiting for over 15 minutes to get an answer- I just hung up and went into the store. The clerk said it would be an hour. Well 70 minutes later I got a text saying it was partially filled because surprise! They didn’t have what I needed. I’m so done with this place. One thing after another.

At the beginning of the year when the new pharmacist started I really liked being a customer here. Today, however, I’ve had my last straw! My husband came home with only a portion of my blood thinner. I called the assistant pharmacist and he either doesn’t understand what I’m saying or is just refusing decent customer service to give me my full prescription even though I paid for it!! I cannot miss a shot of blood thinner!! Once this is sorted out I will definitely be switching pharmacies.
