Just left out of this establishment.
Definitely do not judge a book by it's cover. The outside kind of threw me off because of how the parking lot looks, the inside, spot on.

Smiles greet you when you walk in the door.
The shower is a nice size ($14 an additional $2 deposit is needed if you need a towel which you get back when you return the key and towels).
The water is HOT ?
The Italian Coffee is AWESOME!

When I'm on the road I like to find these little unique to the area, truck stops that are out of the way and feel safe kind of vibe. There was a few spots parking in a family a nice little secure spot. I nestled against the front of the building between two semis. I was pleasantly surprised to see that there was a really nice dining Cafe practically in the parking lot called Russell's. Excellent food and service. I highly recommend it. The store was very clean and neatly stocked with a wide assortment of merchandise. They had stuff for truckers, general public and souvenirs for The Travelers. The restrooms were exceptionally clean. The employees were very friendly. I guess my only complaint or suggestion would be that they had some kind of hot food offerings. A lot of us OTR drivers always like a little something something, unique, tasty and hot. If this was Texas where I'm from there would be a Taqueria in it but they have overdone them in Texas. A little Grill would be really cool. I'm always grateful to the people who run these small truck stops for giving us a place to park and sleep so I try to patronize them and spend some money with him. Thank you for providing for us because I know that putting up with some of nasty truckers who throw s*** out everywhere must be hard. I'm not talking about all Truckers because I am one but those who have no respect.

Usually always stop here when I get to Salina before a doctors appointment. However, I may have to stop coming here before them this time it was disgusting. I went in to the women’s restroom there is three stalls. One was out of order, one was currently being used by a lady, and the third one had pee in it like someone did not care to flush it. I am sorry but if you clog the toilet or something tell the workers so they can clean it up and make it accessible for people to use when needed. Also, soap was out in both of the dispensers! Highly disappointed in this and when I walked in I saw at least four employees just standing around talking check your bathrooms!

I thought the store was very nicely arranged with a variety of snacks, candy, drinks & tourist items. The restrooms were so clean I was impressed! Got to the checkout counter and, then a STOP!!!!
I was instantly punched right in the nose! The acrid ammonia smell of old urine almost choked me. I hurriedly put my items to purchase on the counter while holding my breath. Quickly as possible I stepped back from the counter desperately seeking fresh air.
I am sad to report the clerk was the source of the putrid aroma that engulfed the entire check out counter area.
Someone needs to remind the clerk to bathe more often.

I absolutely love this place. Easy checkout, ofc I got my candy and chips. My boyfriend hat flew on top of the roof and you wouldn’t believe it but Kim and Brix came to the rescue, brought out the ladder and climbed that roof and rescued his hat. 10/10 would come back

The parking lot is pretty big and filled with trucks parked while the drivers get some sleep. We pulled in to get a fountain drink, something to eat and a charger for our phones.

As soon as we walked into the entrance there was so much to look at and buy. Every wall, rack and shelf was full. The store also looked clean, even the bathrooms were clean and smelled good. After looking around a bit, we chose our food items, grabbed some drinks and a charger.

The cashier scanned our items on the other side of the plexiglass, we paid and left for the truck. Then we found out we had the wrong charger so my husband went back in. The cashier had no clue how to do returns so my husband went to get the right charger and told him to subtract the price of the other charger.

I'm guessing this cashier was new...it didn't look like he had help. My husband came back to the truck with the correct charger but forgot to get cigarettes. So a third time in the store then we were done and ready to get back on the right. The service is good here, they just need to train the employees better before leaving them in the store alone.

Trashy place and they are Liars about fuel price ,on 08.09.24 11pm, Price in Trucker Path showed 3.07 but on Pump is $3.20, I fueled 120gll and took my coffee mug inside, asked if we get coffee or refill with fuel and the super unfriendly Server who works at night said NOP ...he answered very fast like before i finish my question, what a A hole, so He charged me $1.96 for "refill" Lol, Fuel pump area is so dirty be careful no to slip. First time visiting this 24/7 travel and will be last time, I like to watch where i spend my money, good luck drivers

I am there every weekday morning, I grab a cup of Hot Chocolate on the cold morning days and a water, then later in the day another water and maybe a fresh hotdog, they have wonderful customer service. A couple weeks ago Kim that works there helped this young girl get the keys out of her car that got locked. They are always smiling and very helpful. Great place to go.
