I have been using this shop for years.

After the last week the new owners have lost me as a long-term customer.

Incorrectly sold £90 EE voucher instead of a £90 3 voucher.

I didn't check the voucher at the time as I trust the staff.

The new owners refuse to sell me the correct voucher and rectify their mistake.

As I say.

Long-term customer from PRE-COVID.

I will not be using them again.

I've given five stars cuz, although it's not mentioned on Google Maps, this place is also a Post Office AND... it's open reasonably late. A great find for nine-to-fivers. I needed passport forms urgently and was told about this place last minute. The lady serving was lovely and I would've been screwed otherwise, as all other PO's in the area had closed hours earlier.

Message to the girl who served me with my lottery & Racing Post this morning. It's not good customer service answering the phone whilst serving a customer and not knowing what to do to that (Spam) phone call. Hang up and serve the customer or ask one of your colleagues more quickly than you did to serve the customer or take over the phone call or hang up on the call immediately.

Not enough staff to help around the store.
Don.t like the white tunnels outside with queens of people wanting to get into store to shop.
2 out of 6 tills on only during lunch time rush approx 1.30pm till 2.15pm. Busy friday 29/01/2021.
Pull your socks up Mark's and Spencer's cramlington Northumberland.

Very busy newsagent incorporating a post office branch where the staff are really friendly and helpful Located very near Haymarket metro and open 7 days a week Post office also open 7 days Can often be very crowded but service is swift Numerous businesses nearby and historic South Africa war memorial
