Ran into the guy who’s supposed to be running Fanzz at Lidz. He said he was in lunch and would be open at 4:45. This was at 4:30. No big deal I did some other shopping and came back at 4:55. Still closed. Waited until now, it’s 5;10 and he’s still not back.

Lost a customer today. Hire backup or do what you say. Wasting people’s time is not cool.

Very overpriced and the staff is not helpful at all. Paid to get a t-shirt embroidered with an autograph. Bought the shirt, left it there, and was told it would be ready in a half hour. Went back 45 minutes later and was told sorry, we'll get it done and it'll be ready in 15 minutes. Leave again and come back 25 minutes later. Still not ready. Told them we just want the shirt and a refund for the embroidery only to be told no refunds. The receipt they gave us very clearly stated if you're not happy and have the receipt you can return for up to 30 days. Save your time and money, these folks are only here to waste both. They then tore a hole in the shirt we were buying with the embroidery machine and didn't really care that they were completely out of stock. Only then did they agree to a refund

I went in the store to buy my boyfriend a jersey. I had no idea what I was looking for but Anthony was very helpful and helped me pick out the right jersey for my boyfriend and he loves it

Run by a group of inept teenagers and their friends - no adult on premises. I realize staffing is an issue but this is ridiculous. They have a new point of sale that is literally a phone - so customers cannot see what is being scanned - or double scanned etc. Do better!!!

Joel was excellent and knowledgeable of the deals that they have and now this is the only place im probably going to my nba dri-fit shirts when i play ball.

Why do you refuse to answer your phone and leave it off yhe hook. I live in the springs and would like to know if you carry a jersey before i make the trip up.
Pure laziness. Cant even be bothered to answer the phone.
