I called Ruff's Furniture in Dauphin as my Mother's fridge broke down over the long weekend - she was living out of coolers. Ryan jumped immediately and said "let's take care of Mom today". I needed a fridge and within 5 hours Mom was back in business. Free speedy out of town delivery, great service and best pricing.
Thank you for the "old school" way of doing business by listening and taking care of your clients. This was not our first purchase at Ruff's Furniture Dauphin and most definitely won't be our last! Thanks again Ryan for taking the stress out of Mom's day...BTW, Mom loves her new fridge.

Bought new fridge. Found out it's a noisy one. Quit cooling after a month. Brought it back for warranty. They said it cooled just fine, no noise. Brought it back home. Still noisy but it cooled. Also got the wrong ice maker for it. Got told to plug it in anyway, it will work. (It didn't.) "Technician" came to listen to it, but it didn't make much noise that afternoon. She brought the right ice maker tho and said that would fix it. (It didn't). Gave them some recordings of the noises it was making. They said they could sell 10 fridges and they'd all do that. Our next fridge is definitely coming from elsewhere .

Great customer service and reasonable pricing! Bought a couch set several years ago. Very happy with it. Just recently my old fridge died and I went to Ruff's for a new one. They had the best price in town and delivered the appliance for free! Very happy with their service!

Bought a stove ,5years ago ,5yr warranty they said .Oven not working right, Technician came out. Put a thermometer in the oven for a n hour .Said it was working fine.Called again ,stove doing same thing ,guess what ,5 yes are now yup and without looking at it tell me the part is 400dollars
