I am writing this review because Mitchell FULLY deserves it. I had an issue with my RE350 Classic. After a couple failed attempts by the workshop to repair it, it got escalated to Mitchell, who was the brand manager, and repairs was not his department. Despite that, he took full ownership of my issue and systematically attacked it and SOLVED it. It took a few iterations, but he is not the one to give up. Mitchell is passionate about bikes, great at whatever he does, and overall simply a GREAT guy. If you buy your bike from him, rest assured that you can always depend on him.
