I had contact with one employee only and he was very nice and helpful. I couldn't go in to assist my child with getting his books, so the clerk helped. I gave the store two stars for excellent service, from the employee. I deducted three for not guaranteeing the safety of customers' personal property by making them leave their valuables on an open, unmonitored shelf, by the exit, containing a sign stating that they are not responsible for loss or theft of personal property. Ummm...Why would I leave my purse on this shelf? I would suggest that they install better cameras or get the books for the students. If someone steals your belongings you won't be able to buy the books or call and pay for a ride back home.

Personnel very nice and attentive. Everytime I go there there are hardly 5 people buying.

I understand their policy of no backpacks inside the store because of thefts. But they should be a little flexible with people carrying laptops.

I WILL NOT leave my $$$$ dollar laptop outside the store. And it wasn't expensive because I wanted to but because all the software I need.

And they got mad when I told them that I don't need to give explanations on why I bought an expensive laptop.

It's just stupid that they thought I was going to take some pencils cause I got a laptop bag. They have a point because thefts but They also have enough personnel to check on people.

I just think they should let laptop bags in. Because I KNOW they will not be responsible for backpacks being stolen.

I love this book store. It gets me excited for my upcoming semester. Only problem is the actual price of the required books. Do yourself a favor about a month before your class starts and Google some prices for your books. My wife found me the NEC 2022 code book, that came with tabs and a laminated 3-page quick reference folder that actually covered almost everything that ended up being on my midterm, for around $70 instead of whatever this book store was selling it at. When I went to this store at the beginning of the semester after I took the codes class the 2020 NEC was still well over $100; I'm pretty sure it was around $118-124, but don't quote me on that (I've got aphantasia, and that's the reason I have a real hard time remembering anything at a glance). Also this only works if you've got the funds available before the semester starts. You won't get your financial aid in time to order from the cheapest supplier and wait on the cheapest or free shipping. I think it took around 12-15 days to show up. Even though I ordered it a week before class started, I still fell behind on the first few home work assignments before it got to me.

It seems hidden but it's just inside the business building. It asks for your bags to be placed in a cubby so there wouldn't be people stealing. But also it isn't liable for anything personal being stolen.
It's spacious enough and has sections for each subject and all the textbooks needed.
In case you're part of a program and are wondering if any of those grants work for food, they don't unless you have one specifically for food.

They don't pick up their phone calls. I been calling for 10 business days to enquire about a textbook. I ended up going here physically everyday to see if the book is on the shelf.
