Just 2 shower and the worst service, There is no one to clean them and they leave you waiting for almost 2 hours with luck. Regarding this service, I think it is the worst Pilot in all of Florida. The owner of this franchise must hire people willing to work. workers wasting time on the phone instead of doing everything possible to provide good service to their customer, Also, they don't clean the bathrooms well, this place is very dirty.

Horrible.
Únicamente tiene 2 duchas NO ES QUE TENGA 10 Y SOLO FUNCIONEN 2, SINO QUE SÓLO HAY CONSTRUIDAS 2 DUCHAS y la app no funciona para reservarlas. Tienes que bajarte, te toman tu nombre y te llaman ellos.
En mi caso, había ¡¡¡6 PERSONAS DELANTE!!!
Esto quiere decir que si eran las 8, hasta las 2 de la mañana no iba a poder entrar 😵.
Así que le dije al dependiente que me devuelva la ducha (ustedes lo pueden hacer si piden la ducha y luego se arrepienten). Asegúrense de mirar el recibo y ver que tienen las duchas correctas. Están en su derecho de pedir el recibo.

Yo... Cuando vi estas condiciones me fui. Uno paga cuando el servicio es bueno, cuando es malo, no tiene por qué pagar.

1-24 the early morning hrs the 2 employees working each get a star they are very nice n helpful. Especially the guy that cleans the showers. He's great at his job, but u can only do so much when the showers have mold from bad venting. They really need to be re-done. Pilot should be ashamed to allow anyone to shower there. Our towels, clothing, n bags were all wet from not having proper venting. The fan is a disgusting joke. My husband slipped cuz the floors n walls were wet. We were sweaty just trying to get dressed. I couldn't get the moldy smell out of my nose once we left. I get it. We live on the road n have been in some bad ones but never have been so disgusted that we will NEVER stop n shower there again. This has to be some kind of health code violation!!

Well lit and bright gas station with Clean restrooms and showers, the store has all necessary goods even they have variety of Florida souvenirs , t-shirts . It was a great pit stop for us on the way to tampa

Made multiple purchases from store ,ordered from Arby's. Took a nap after driving for 6 hrs awoken to employees banging on my window saying I can't stay there. Had to drive an hr to another pilot to rest . There was hardly anyone in the parking lot was 3:30pm on a monday
