Worst quality products , i bought a cupboard in the month of feb (around 10 months back from now) , a dressing table and a bed , the door of the cupboard has been hanging because the moving clip of door came out , the bed is also not of good quality , and their service is as bad as their products

I had purchased some furniture from Hometown Nagpur in August 2024, within next 2 months, one of the chair's legs broke down. Home town authorities declined to exchange it and taken the chair for repairing. Today its almost 2 months from that date, till now they have not returned the repaired chair and the number given in google, of Mr. Rahman is not picking the calls also. I had raised a complaint from website as well, but there is no record for it, as they do not provide any complaint ID.

They said within 24-48 hours, someone from the team will contact me, but not body has contacted yet.

I thought that it is a branded company, so we will get the good service from it. Despite of so high price of the chair (around Rs. 4500/- per chair) I thought to buy it. But I was wrong.

I think it would have been better If I had taken it from a local vendor instead of trusting on a well know brand.

Please provide my chair back, as we are not getting any call back from the local store.

This is by far the most pathetic service of all.You can get better customer service from the streets. Rude installation agency, clueless sales . Poor management

Today I had been here at this place for my requirement of TV table. But after entering inside Home Town, I was amazed to note that every thing required for any house is available here and that too at moderate cost. It's situated at 3rd floor of BigBazar, Ramdaspeth, Nagpur...
Here I experienced that you dream for any household and your dream seems to come true due to politely spoken staff of this shop. I would request all my friends to visit at least once to this place, though not for shopping but to have your mindset clear about your needs in home....

It was opened a year back and at time we are astonished to find such nice collection in Nagpur. Most of decoration items were beautiful and worth buying. I bought many products at that time. Albeit there was no offers at that time but now they are offering discounts on many products. Some items are pricey and quality may seem doubtful for some.
However overall we had nice experience.

Worst experience with hometown Purchase before 2month but day today also they not delivered and also damage parts not repairing from 10 days . Staff does not answer calls and if they do they are lying through their each person giving you a different answer. Day after sorry I'm thinking before puchrasing anything from hometown.

Extremely disgusted with the service. Uninformed staff. Purchases today will be delivered a month later even though the commitment is a week. Staff does not answer calls and if they do they are lying through their teeth, each person giving you a different version and timelines.
