Digital subscription is too expensive for the content offered. Customer service is sub-par. I called to cancel my subscription which was charged just today and i was ot offered a refund - never faced this with any online subscriptions. Disappointed and would rate zero for customer service.

We are finding it very hard to cancel the online subscription . It is so hard to cancel I suspect, but cannot prove, they want it to be hard to cancel. So, if we ever stay on hold long enough, why would we ever resubscribe?

I noticed a subscription charge on my CC from the Dallas Morning News. I live in LA and have never read the Dallas News. I contacted them about it and they confirmed it was someone else's email attached to the account and NONE of my personal information existed in their accounts. I asked them to detach the bogus subscription from my CC. That was one month and 8 emails ago. They refuse to respond or to remove the bogus charges OR to stop the subscription. I would not do business with this organization.

Paper is super bias. Been a subscriber since 1997 when I moved here, and it has gotten so bad recently. Every article is one sided and pushes woke talking points. Paper will not be around for much longer and their new operations leadership are mostly woke hires who are not skilled at their trade and only hired for the image. You except print media to be kind of bias but not this bad.

In the 40 years with this paper, this is the worst that the delivery has been. To receive a hard copy is nearly a waste of time; we must search bushes and hedges and it could be wet. The delivery person can't seem to deliver my tv weekly magazine which is paid for in advance. What a waste of money. Complete frustration and disappointment . If we could we would DRIVE and pick up a paper from the drug store.
