the staff is rude, the store is disgustingly unclean, the shower was soo filthy i asked for a refund. the restrooms are always dirty. and the showers have so little pressure you practically have to hump the wall to get wet

Another TERRIBLE Loves! The key pads do not work at the fuel pumps so ya have to make multiple trips inside while trucks sit n wait. Then the service center is just rude! The laugh at ya, make smirks and just want to eat their snacks. Such a terrible company to allow this.

Staff was super friendly. Unfortunately this store was a montrosity (very bad).
It was filthy in here. This was the dirtiest Loves I've seen in a while. Inventory was slim. I get it's a busy location but it had laziness written all over it. We need to do better. How is you soda machine out of Coca Cola?
I wad very disappointed in this location but I still have 3 stars cause politeness goes a long way with me. Do Better People.

I am a truck driver and have been here for my 34hr reset. I have seen that the bathroom is still a mess and haven't even been cleaned for a while every night here. Toilet paper and trash and bottles all over the floors in the stalls and outside the stall.

Young lady in the trucking area counter was screaming at a few of us truckers waiting for a shower that we can't be standing in there as they have unpacked boxes and merchandise on the floor in between the isles and told us we had to wait in carl jr restaurant side to watch the shower que on TV in there. First off, we don't need to be yelled at when we paid for a shower there and patiently waiting. Secondly that stack of boxes has been there for the whole day since day shift and none of them have been touched but then we get yelled at by the workers there when we are just patiently waiting for our number to be called. Uncalled for. Worse experience.

Probably the worst Love's experience I've ever had. I've been road tripping and have stopped here 3 times in a week and the women's bathroom stalls smell heavily of sewage. When you first enter the bathroom, you can't smell it, but once you get into any stall, it's strong and it seems to be worse each visit. In fact, it's gotten so bad that there are flies in the restroom now, like Calcutta and they weren't there in my earlier visits. That's especially disturbing because it's cooler outside, so flies aren't as prominent as they are in warmer months, but they seem to have made an exception for this location. They also have a lot of flies in Carl's Jr. I was sitting in there briefly to charge my phone and the flies were abundant. I was baffled by the people who were actually eating food in those conditions b/c they had to constantly swat flies in between bites. I've been visiting Love's for years and have never had this kind of experience in another location because they are known for being a clean rest stop. I hope they get these issues sorted out and get back to the quality that we all know.

Unusable Internet here, both Love's Wi-Fi as well as 5g Verizon signal. Losing a load because I can't fill out a packet. That alone is worth skipping this one. Pretty poor parking layout, some damage to the concrete, pretty dingy inside, bathrooms not very clean. Second time I've come here, will not return.

Dropped Trailers everywhere, place is filthy, you go to do laundry the dryers are out of order, but they have the nerve to tell you to go ahead and still do laundry just so they can take your money. 🙄🙄 do better Loves do better.
