I love Joann’s products, but this location is a mess. The store is always a disaster, but the worst issue is order pickup. While orders are typically fulfilled within an hour, the curbside service is hit or miss. If it’s working, you’ll still end up waiting in your car for 25 minutes. If curbside isn’t an option, going inside isn’t much better—you’ll stand at the pickup desk for 15+ minutes before anyone brings you your “ready” order. Order pickup is supposed to be a convenience, but at this point, I could find everything myself and check out faster than they can bring my order to me. This has
happened the last 4-5 visits, think it’s time for me to find another location

This Joann must be newer cause it is nicer than any of the other ones I have been in.

I went in today to get a gift and Nikki who worked at the Viking sewing machine section was absolutely amazing. She politely listened to everything I had to say and was able to make an amazing product suggestion that should perfectly fit the needs of the person receiving the gift. Unfortunately, she did not have the product I wanted in stock but she called around and was able to track one down at another store for me. The great thing is that you get a free one-on-one session to help you learn how to use the product. I will definitely recommend going back when Nikki is working.

This store is absolutely disgusting. The bathrooms are truly a health hazard with human waste literally smeared all over the walls and floors (have seen this BOTH times I’ve visited since November 2024). Products are thrown about the store with no organization, half are broken or ripped/torn. I cannot believe Joann Corporate has not intervened in this situation yet.

This store is a mess. I am shocked with the way it looks. Stuff all over the floor, hard to find anything, things thrown about. No one cares. There is always just 1 cashier even if the line is a mile long. It’s obvious this review will not make a difference, but I just have to say something. I’ve never seen such a mess of a store. Everyone has just given up.

Heaven forbid you have a toddler with a bathroom emergency at this store. Ive seen better conditions in a port-a-potty. No amount of soap or scrubbing will be enough (for the bathroom nor ourselves)

I stopped in this store tonight and my jaw dropped. How can the doors remain open to this place. The mess, the filthy floors, the junk piled up along the large windows for everyone to see! The unpacked boxes, bolts of fabric jammed in place. I could go on and on. I hope the employees don’t think this is normal. It’s not. It’s disturbing to see what people think is acceptable. This place is down right dangerous!

I will always love this Joann store. I worked here my senior year of high school, as Desert Ridge was being built the summer that I started there we literally were setting the store up before it’s grand opening. So come here spend your money here they’re great.

I went first thing in the morning, so it wasn't very busy. I hadn't been there in a while, and the layout was a little confusing, but the staff was extremely helpful. Some of the items are low in quantity and quality. Unfortunately, the same can be said of finding the same items on the website.
