I only shopped here 1 time. I need to make a return. They have issues with people of color. So since that was the case, I returned everything purchased. Its funny how the rules don't apply to white people but only apply to people of color. There is no sign that even says what shopping rules are . I will not be returning. I'll shop where my money is appreciated.

I LOVE AT HOME! This place has the friendliest most awesome employees. I’ve been to this store a handful of times and every single time we get really lovely customer service. If you subscribe you get 10% off your first purchase after that (online or in-person). Worth the sale especially because the holidays are coming up and you’ll receive so many discounts on products. 🙂

Great store. Huge selection. I nailed two adorable 5x7 rugs for less than $15 each! Anything for your home you can think of. I couldn’t believe how many aisles of containers alone there were. Another surprise was the huge stock of Lodge cast iron they had on hand.

The manager of this store was the most helpful of any other store I have been to. The inventory is kind of low. She said that due to COVID-19 it could take a couple of years for the inventory levels to get back to normal.

Spent almost $2000 here in various things and I come back on July 10 at 3:50 pm with two shower curtains that are too short. One of them I opened. I happened to be with the manager, the first thing I said when our interaction began was, I opened one of them I'm sorry I don't know your return polices. She exams the items and goes "you opened one of them"... Lady I just told you that, did it go through one ear out the other? She refused to return the opened one. I think an exception could of been made considering I just moved across the street from you and spent all that money. I didn't fight it, not a Karen, just asked for the exception and she said no, I mentioned what I spent and she didn't care at all. What happened to customer service? Tbh I won't be back if your gonna nickle and dime me like that. I understand throwing the rule book if the shower curtains was all I bought but I spent much more than that. Something you could of thought througu as a manager and made the exception to keep your customer happy.

My wife and I visited the store recently. We were looking for a treadmill and their selection was excellent. Jaime assisted us and was thorough and patient with us.
It was a pleasant experience and we would definitely be back when we are in the market for additional equipment.
Joni and Chase came to our house to deliver the treadmill. They were efficient, professional and informative.

This store has so many things to look at you can't do it all in one visit unless you spend the day. I enjoy going there sometimes just browsing sometimes with something I'm looking for specifically. Very courteous checkout clerks. Great selection of flameless candles which I enjoy purchasing.
