Sold me a fake copy of Pokemon Ruby for the Game Boy Advance on eBay, and failed to disclose that it wasn't authentic. They knew it was a counterfeit, and they don't deny it. This business is completely okay with selling fake products and will twist the wording in the listing to convince you it's real, hoping they can snag a sucker into purchasing a fake, yet still claim they fulfilled their "due diligence".

They priced it as if it were a legit copy (real ones go for around $90, fake ones for $20-$40 - I bought this for $89). I am new to purchasing physical cartridges, so I didn't even know fake ones existed, I only found out recently after I stumbled upon a Reddit post that warned purchasers about fakes, and then I opened this cartridge to realize that it I was scammed. Real cartridges of Pokemon Ruby use circle-shaped CR battery, and only those, and for a 20+ year old game, it has absolutely zero wear and tear.

It was my mistake to be so trusting in a business. While I understand they are within their right to not refund my product (it was past eBay's 30 day return window), I was hoping they would see they made a mistake, and they would do what is ethically right. But no, it was not a mistake, and they don't care. They have no issue taking advantage of you, the customer.

Now that I know this business is okay with scamming customers, I seriously doubt all those 5-star reviews on Google are authentic – there is an OVERWHELMING number of 5-star reviews that are incredibly vague. Don’t be fooled.
