Canada Post

The lock on my mail box was jammed and I reported it today for repairs. The lady on the phone was awesome. They told me it should all be looked after by April 12 and I could pick up my keys at the PO. To night there was a knock at my door and a very friendly gentleman delivered the keys to my door. Awesome service. Thank you so much!!!

Very bad service i sent bag in July it out of there control where it is even no body knows claimed the amount they charged for my thing but where is the things i parcelled ? No response from any one very bad service very much disappointed

Experts at losing packages, breaking packages, not covering insurance claims, and having no measures to solve these problems. Whether you are shipping or receiving there is a good chance the service you paid for will not be fulfilled. Imagine having a business where you weren’t held accountable for not providing the services your customs paid for. My most recent experience was receiving tracking information telling me my package was successfully delivered yet no package is here.

Paid for express shipping clerk said 2 day guarantee and it still not arrived in Alberta. Sent a parcel to BC arrived there in 3days. This is the 2nd time this has happened sending a parcel to Lethbridge and takes 14days. Customer service is all automated and could not talk to a human. Ridiculous and awful customer service.

I have now three missing packages, and finally got one now that was missing as well. I've called probably 30 times now. Went down to the office and put in a request (for the second time on the same matter) and was told somebody will get back to me and nobody did. The put a key on my mailbox but the parcel box is empty. Worst experience ever. This is important mail and it is taken so lightly they do not care at all.

Watched a Business man disrupt a Canada Post employee that was doing his duty at a mailbox outside. The Business man was irate that the Post Office was getting ready to close for the day and started shouting at the employee. The Canada Post employee motioned towards the man and invited him back to mail his item. The Business man refused and kept shouting and threatening the employee. I whipped out my cell to capture the incident,in case the situation escalated. The irate man left. I told the employee that I would have caught the whole interlude on camera for the Police, media or Canada Post Corporation to take action. His eyes went wide when I told him that I am a "Level 5 Google Guide". You never know when Big Brother/Sister is watching and ready to take action. He was grateful that someone was watching his back. Always watching.

Poor hours. My mail is always damaged. Can’t phone in they will not answer. Tried over 50 times to call. Don’t u get sick of the ringing? Don’t go on strike, close the doors. A courier can bring my magazines and I can do bills online

Never got a slip to notify me that I had a parcel ready for pick up, go for pick up and they lose it. Sent me to 3 locations just to tell me it’s lost. Whatta joke this company is.
