I’m rediscovering the joy of reading a physical book after several years of using Audible and a bit of Kindle. This Chapter's location was my go-to bookstore when I was younger, and I’m glad to be back. They have a great selection, and the Plum and Plum+ programs are fantastic. I will return many times!

I always find amazing gifts here and trendy stationary and home decor! I was unable to find a book I was hoping to purchase - I asked for help and both the ladies who helped me were very genuine and nice even though they were unable to find the book they gave me a ticket for another store in the city and offered to call them to put it on hold for me! This was so nice. I will for sure be back. The Starbucks staff are awesome! And the bathrooms were clean as well as the rest of the store! Even the on sale section was neatly organized.

Great collection of books. Place is beautiful and well maintained. If you’re specifically looking for something from Asia, the section is very small, I would recommend searching on the computer at store.

I asked one of the employees if they had any friends (tv show related stuff) he helped me find a book then I thanked him then he left. A few moments later, he came back with a bunch of friends related figurines. I really appreciated that he took the time to go back and look for them, so thank you to that employee in case you come across this.

I don't often purchase books from this store, as there are better places, but they have a good selection of notebooks... Specifically Moleskine, and I love them. They have some records available, but there are better cheaper locations to get them. The kids section is great. Lots of toys, stuffies and books. There are always nice gift ideas. You might spend a little more than other places, but they have really nice stuff, and occasionally you can find something on sale.

Great store but I've pretty much had it with their newish 7pm closing time. What am I supposed to do, book off work to go book shopping?
McNally is open til 9pm, gives me plenty of time to browse the shelves. Go back to 9pm close, Chapters, or at least 8pm.
