I've been on the planet 70 years and this is the first time I've ever been to a comic book store. It was awesome! Huge inventory and great guys. My grandson and I will definitely be going back.

This place has been my go-to place for Pokémon cards since I got back into the hobby mid 2021
Staff are always friendly and usually willing to chat a bit too. Sealed product are usually close to MSRP, with the exception of recently released products due to the absurd market that is happening currently.
Their singles are priced fairly, as well, usually lower than other stores I've been to frankly. They've started selling some graded cards, as well, if that's your thing.
If you're looking to pickup some sealed product to open and some pieces to add to your collection, CBA is a great place to visit!

I sold a couple of grail comic books to Nick at CBA - he was a class act! Made very fair offers and was a gentleman who is extremely knowledgable of the comic book hobby. The store itself was very cool - awesome selection of comics (raw & graded) from all ages (silver, bronze, modern ...) along with many other collectibles. I look forward to connecting with Nick again and visiting CBA when I am in the east end of the GTA. Comic Book Addiction is definitely recommended!!!

My family has been long time supporters of this store, until now. Their business practice during the release of the new Pokemon Prismatic Evolutions set is very shortsighted and greedy. Charging $150 for an ETB (which usually costs $60-$70 at release) based on the “market value” is ridiculous. The staff admitted that the supplier didn’t mark the price up for them, so this extra cost is pure profit at our expense.

The market price is meant for the secondary sales market. This is where people go to buy items they missed out on at release. This comes with a premium and is usually run by individual sellers, not store fronts. Allowing customers to line up in the cold for 1-2 hours then charge them well over double what a new ETB is usually priced at is shameful and doesn’t encourage future business. The store has taken advantage of their loyal customer base for a short term gain and I’d be willing to be the long term losses will surmount these profits.

Shame on you guys, we will be taking our business elsewhere in the future.

We aren't from the area, but we happen to be attending a nearby event and decided to check out this store. Friendly and helpful staff (shout out to Shaun who was giving us the lay of the land), and good selection of merch. It's also the first time that we were able to participate in Free Comic Book Day. Even though the free comic stock had been fairly depleted by the time we got there, we still walked out with some great selections. Our 7-year-old was happy when we left, so it was clearly a good visit. Thanks!

Love visiting new nerd shops and getting a strong first impression. Always means the place is a profession operation and this was no different - here's the story:

Called to discuss their inventory of pre-constructed MTG Standard decks for me and the missus to play. Friendly chap on the phone tells me they do have a few, but that they mostly carry Commander (news to this old boy!). This leads to a ten minute conversation discussing the relative strengths of both rulesets.

Later that day I head in to check things out and although their Magic inventory is impressive the freaking comics dude wowzers. They must be a million individual styles / types / genres of comics in here. Que the start of a ten minute conversation getting updated on where Ninja Turtles, Moon Knight and Venom currently are in their various reboots and alternate universes.

I'm not a comic dude! But they let me review some stuff I might be interested in and also told me about their favourites.

Didn't get a comic, but I did grab two Commander decks (we both love them, wife beat me with the Fallout deck three times in a row) and some of the handmade goods they were selling at the cash.

Incredible initial experience here. Clean store, friendly and informed staff, tonnes of inventory and selection. Store is well illuminated despite being in a bedroom.

If you enjoy comics in the slightest, you have to get in here. I am certain they have what you're looking for.
