He makes the experience so fun. He is authentic, honest, and very knowledgeable in interior design. I tell him our inspiration, and he shows us a selection of items that exceed our home design dreams!

We had a great experience at the store. I’m not a fan of pushy salespeople and Bela struck the perfect balance. He gave us helpful information and then stepped back, giving us the space and privacy to explore and try things at our own pace. His approach was both professional and personable and we truly appreciated his assistance and friendly demeanour.

Went to visit the store on Feb 17 2024. Extremely disappointed at how dismissive and unengaged the staff were there. We had walked the entirety of the store looking at different sofas and several staff didn't even bother to say hello to us. The only associate that did was Dilan Darwish. She was kind and helpful and very knowledgeable about their selection.

Several other associates were busy on their computers/phones doing I don't know.

What a positive experience. Our custom made furniture came with a defect. Coulter's was extremely helpful with no push back at all. We had the issue fixed in good time. Customer service is off the charts compared to other company experiences. Shows they have class and the brands they sell do too. Number one store for furniture and service. Bonus: they carry Canadian Made furniture too.

You never really know the quality of a company until something goes wrong. In our case, the issue we experienced was completely our fault, and yet Tim and Dilan took care of us as if we were family. From our first visit right up until our final, Dilan was always friendly patient and welcoming. When we ended up having an issue with one part of our purchase, Dilan took the time to listen to our concern, consulted with her manager on our behalf, and then worked with us to correct the problem. Tim made us feel at ease and when we left the store on the morning of Christmas Eve, it felt like we were saying goodbye to family friends. This is certainly our go to furniture store moving forward. Thank you for making our buying experience so pleasant.
