This place is heaven for every Bibliophile. The cafe thing adds charm to it. They have a tremendous collection of books of almost all the genres. If you are someone who is looking for a perfect bookstore then this is for you. Also the staff is also very helpful.

I didn't get good service from the staff. Out of all the popular or best seller I wanted non was available. Even which were available, the staff couldn't locate the books in racks. They are not helping me search books. I did not get one book from the list of atleast 15 books. This was not at all expected. I left with frustration after wasting my 90 min in the store.

I went there for the first time and I had a very good experience. There are many books. There are separate sections for each author. And the environment is very good.

Disappointing Experience at Crossword Nagpur

I visited Crossword Nagpur just now and had a very disappointing experience. Despite reaching the store at 8:01 PM—just one minute after closing—I was not allowed entry, even after explaining that I had come with my 4-year-old child and politely requesting.

What was even more upsetting was the rude behavior of the staff. They switched off all the lights immediately, ignoring my presence, and then casually sat around chatting for 15-20 minutes instead of addressing my request or showing even basic courtesy.

As a loyal customer, I expect better treatment and a customer-friendly attitude, especially when dealing with families and children. I urge the owner to look into this matter

Great place for reading the books and buying them. There is a huge variety of books for all genres and age groups. A must visit place for book lovers and coffee here is also good I must say..

Its a very nice and attractive bookshop but hope that they also kept some regular discounts on books which is not the case here ! Though the collection of books kept here is really full of variety and quite comprehensive! Also one of the good things about this place is that all the new and latest books are available here as soon as they are launched in the market.

I love this only big book store in our city. But I'd also love to see a few basic and important changes:

- Policy of the Cafe: Most standard cafes within a book store allow store's books inside the cafe area, only if you'd bought them. And they also allow unwinding with personal appliances etc. But here they only allows in-store books (even if not purchased).

- Management: always better to have more knowledgeable people to help with titles. At least they should be able to probe into genres and handy search software using various filters.

- organize events, book clubs, sign events, or book releases; as per company's terms

- maintain the washroom better

A better thing is always on the horizon, waiting to take over as the demand side booms. So my advice to this store: let's game up!

Space and ambiance is really good here, with new Books of all category.
I have tried Mocha and Cortado coffee... l really liked them..
Service is Nice & friendly
