Just got from this store home and found out extra items were included in my receipt, which I don't have any idea of. Moreover, two items I had in my basket and really needed for tomorrow just disappeared - thanks God I wasn't charged for them. But still, this wasn't a good experience.
My mistake was not to check everything, but this was the very first time when things went wrong at this Dollarama.

I’m in at this Dollarama quite a bit, and there’s a new girl there, name’s Sarah. Even when she’s lookin after two cashes at the same time, she don’t lose her cool. She’s still as polite and friendly as can be. Soon as she sees a line, she hops over to the next cash and gets another one served, no foolin around. She’s efficient as anything. Hope the boss takes notice, cause she’s a keeper for sure. Makes things run smooth as butter, that one does!

Dollarama is go to place for all in Canada. But check out the price with Walmart as well since few products are a bit cheaper there. Otherwise, Dollarama is the best one so far!

This dollarama is the worst location I’ve ever been the staff are horrible so rude I asked for help and they just walked by I told a manager I she laughed in my face and rolled her eyes talk about a professional company they said customer service was there best service bull talking about worst experience I’ve ever had and this lady she calls her self a manager I don’t think so where did she go to school under a rock if you’re going to be rude and disrespectful this job is not for you and she had the nerve to tell me to kill my self because it would be my best option! Wow that’s a great service that is thinking about contacting HR and dollarama Canada they need a review on there customer service skills to make things worse my old manager works there his name is Noah I’m surprise that he works there after what he did to me when I was working a Walmart he forced him self on me with out my consent he told me that I was to listen to him because he was my manager I guess this is what you get when you go to a retail store!!!
