I ordered this as a Xmas gift for my stepfather on 12/6. I still have not received the item. I’ve emailed 3 times with no response. The tracking shows that on 12/15 the USPS is still waiting on the item.
I had to go out and buy another gift because I do not know if I’ll get it in time for our family gathering tomorrow.
I’ll never purchase from this company again!

My order arrived and was missing one of the items. I have emailed several times to see when they can send my missing baseball but haven’t gotten a response. The list on side of the box states 5 baseballs one mini helmet….

I ordered a product on January 12th and have not received any updates on it and have not yet received it. I have emailed them twice with no response. I am trying to find a way to get my money back or the product for my dads birthday . This is the worst customer service experience I’ve had! I can’t get in touch with anybody to find out where my stuff is, I wouldn’t even give it one star if I didn’t have too !!
