Really nice place. I live by beltway 8 and 45south and I had to drive all the way over there for an astros sweater I really wanted. Courtney was able to put 2 on hold for me and she was very helpful!! I got lucky that she put them on hold because someone was looking for the same size and almost got my hold items! Very great customer service and this place has a variety of merchandise.

Found the jersey my son had been wanting! They were so great to even put us on a waitlist. Always friendly, always a good burst of AC too on a hot day. Great selections, good prices.

Purchased a hat for Christmas from this store on Black Friday, went back 2 days later to exchange the hat for my husband after I found out I got him the wrong size after telling him what I got him. Tried to exchange the hat for another size that fits him and the so called manager of the store claimed that the hat had been worn and that it had makeup on the rim. It had not been worn by myself or my husband because it's a gift for Christmas. I even had it in a LIDS gift box. The fake manager of the store refuses to let me exchange the hat. Don't buy GIFTS for someone else from this store!!! WARNING!!!! They will not let you exchange for another size and will falsly accuse or claim you've been wearing it. That's so ghetto! Spent over $200 in this store and will never buy from this store again. Putting in a complaint to Corporate and will also find out who this person's boss is. She needs to be retrained!

I’m a wife that was looking for a birthday gift for her husband. Had my two babies with me so I wasn’t able to look that easy and I had to be quick. Kids get fussy. I dont have of knowledge about sports but know my husbands favorite team. The guy who was there 10/19/2017 around 12/1pm was very nice and helpful. He didn’t get irritated when I asked a million questions, or when I ask about when certain sports end or just questions in general. He wasn’t trying to push me into buying or spending an outrageous amount. THANKS! My husband loved it and the cup idea was PERFECT!

Very good staff. Tall guy with the ideal male body greeted me with a friendly “Howdy”. The blonde chamo took care of all my needs. The buff guy helped me get down some jerseys. The short lady checked me out.

what a joke, got a hat as a Christmas gift, went to return or exchange the day after Christmas and they wouldn't return due to it being "dirty" I wore it for 30 seconds and realized it didn't fit. staff was extremely rude and came up with no resolution. do not shop here
