I've been coming to this location the pass 4 years to get a embroidered hat for my father-in-law as a Christmas tradition, and they are always so knowledgeable in picking out the best hat to do so, and have been super helpful in picking the perfect font too 🙂 excellent customer service and great embroidery skills!

Friday night I went to attempt Christmas shopping here at this location looking for Houston Texans gear and the 2 employees working there were Male and female of Hispanic culture. When I walked in I was annoyedly greeted and the whole vibe was why are you here and I attempted to try to be nice and I got zero smiles or reactions from either one. And I was severely watched until I walked out the door. This was the most uncomfortable I've felt in a store and plus I'm a Cowboys fan and they really had lots of Cowboys gear but I wasn't going to spend a dime in there because of how I was treated. Highly don't recommend this location. Y'all missed out on a fantastic customer. Goodbye and so disrespectful to my Dallas Cowboys hahaha. I am not shopping at this location again. -Salesperson 600165 - Nicholas made my experience not worth coming back to the store. Again, Nicholas needs to learn some customer service skills. Get some training kiddo.

I just shopped here the employee with the classes i don't know what's his name he made me feel very uncomfortable shopping here ima loyal customer being followed around like a hound dog then when i pick up a item he stalks me then ask me can i hold that ? No other employee act's like that.

I found the selection to be very hit or miss by team. Also they advertise $10.00 hats but have nothing much from which to choose.

Nick the salesperson forgot to take the sensor off my shirt and now i have a hole in it i paid 55.00 dollars i never go back to northeast mall location
