Great store if your into sports, found all the jerseys of my favorite Dallas Cowboys and other Fantasy football Heros, such as Kamara, Zeke and Big Ben. Spent a little too much time here, but they had so many potential gift ideas for your average sports fan, staff was nice, and if I was a UT fan this store had every hat imaginable.

The store close at 8pm but the guy was closing at 730. All I wanted to do was make a exchange for a different size. You talk to me with your head down saying you apologize cause you got something to do. Unacceptable and rude

The store itself is fine but the employee that was there this past Sunday is not helping this store. We walked in and was never greeted or even looked at. The employee played on his phone e the entire time we were in the store. If this store is suffering from lack of sales im pretty sure why that would be the case. The mall was fairly busy yesterday and we were carrying at 3 bags at the time...I would think proving we were willing to spend but when an employee can't be bothered to help or at the very least acknowledge a customer is there I will never spend my money in a place like this.

Terrible customer service. Walked in the assosiate working was sitting on the counter, looked like a customer. Not wearing any kind of uniform, in fact looked like they just rolled out of bed wearing slides and what looked like PJs. Didn’t ask if they could help find anything, was willing to purchase a $100+ jersey. Don’t even waste your time with this store!

Hours are not right, they open when they want and close when they want. Hours say 11-8, yesterday they were closed at 6:45 and today it’s 11:42 and they still ain’t open. Don’t waste your time here.

Well just went to this store and Ryan the manager which I don't believe because his priority of talking care of customers was very disappointing and rude. He decided he was going to hang a sweater instead of checking me out I had been standing there patiently while he answered these other two ladies questions but he decided I wasn't important to help me!
