I called this store before making the trip from Palm Springs to Palm Desert just to be sure they had San Francisco Giants shirts. The person who answered not only told me that they had T-shirts, but also sweatshirts and a lot of other Giants fan items. So, I made the half hour trip, only to get there and have him tell me he thought I only asked for directions! I showed him the call on my phone, which was nearly two minutes and reminded him about my specific SF Giants questions. No apology, no nothing. Terrible customer service — these guys need training!!! #frustrated #wasteoftime

Not open on time. 10 minutes late. Guy shows up and says nothing to us as we wait outside literally 2 feet from him. Just pulls the gate back down and ignores us.

Worst serves ever if I could give no stars I would all the worker were cussing out loud as if they didn't work there one was sitting down on a chair the whole time I went around 640 today and they expect us to come again never in my life well I step foot in this store and I will be more the happy to tell everyone else I know not to go. I also plan on calling the corporate office cause this was just the most disturbing shopping experience in my life

The Fanzz in the mall in Palm Desert, CA, is full of rude people and the products are overpriced. A rude Hispanic guy who has no manners in a black shirt with a cap with a kid and he's being extremely rude and mocking people near the entrance.
