Mr. Lawrence I believe he is one of the managers there. I caught him handling some store affairs as I could tell he was busy. Y'all this man stopped and walked the store until we found the chop sticks. The reason I say until we found , is because they were hanging on a side cap not an end cap. However thank you. From the front of the store to the back of the store. Everyone is so helpful.

Convenient in distance, yes, prices competitive. But the thing that reminds me every single time why I hardly shop here is the poor customer service that has definitely gone down for many years now. You get paid because of customers. You're not doing anyone a favor, nor is it charity. A smile, a greeting goes a long way.

The lines backed up all the time and the workers rarely working. How yall gonna have 7 lanes and only 2 open . Them ladies in there have some nasty attitudes like it's my fault they work there. I come in for something simple and end up staying 30 mins. They know what they doing too because they be on the phones in the back. Girl get to working we want outta this store.

Easy to rate fiesta. In my opinion. All location are different. #1 Jensen location,bigger better cheaper. #2 Lyons Ave. #3 Lockwood, a little more than Lyons. For example, bakery selection is bigger. But #4 Fulton. The Bakery tops both locations #2 & #3. Fulton location also has a steam table and grill cooking. However the prices for selection's varies. For example, prices for cereal are outrageous on Fulton.

I forgot to write this review from Wednesday but, I want to take a moment to recognize Tyra, the absolute best cashier I have ever encountered at Fiesta! From the moment I stepped into her line, her warm smile and positive attitude made my day. Tyra is incredibly efficient, handling each transaction with speed and precision while never compromising on excellent customer service. She goes above and beyond to ensure that every customer feels valued. Whether it's helping to bag groceries or answering questions with patience and kindness, Tyra's dedication is unmatched. She has an amazing ability to make every interaction feel personal, and it's clear she genuinely cares about her customers. Her professionalism and upbeat energy are a breath of fresh air. If you're ever at Fiesta, make sure to stop by Tyra's lane—you won't regret it! Fiesta is truly lucky to have such a hardworking, friendly, and exceptional employee. Keep up the great work, Tyra! You’re the gold standard for customer service!

11-5-2024: Easily 1 of 5 stars, those who give 4+ stars have extremely low standards. Badly managed & trained cashiers. They call for "service" more than any Fiesta (or any grocery store), and half the time are unfriendly. Food selection is poor, definitely the worst of all the Fiestas. I hate the "poor areas = poorer managed stores" stereotype, and this Fiesta location keeps that stereotype well alive.

The items are OVER PRICED. The cashier's are a joke. Always LONG lines. The manager NEEDS to DO a BETTER job.
