This manager is very rude, I told her to open a register and she responded that’s what the cashiers are for, and there were already many cashiers, so she couldn't do anything about it. I asked for the store manager and she replied that the manager wasn't there, that she only works mornings. It’s unbelievable, that they don’t leave managers in charge to handle these situations. I work in customer service so I know what that involves. It’s a shame, the same thing always happens in Hispanic stores. NOT SHOPPING HERE AGAIN.

Bought some sliced cheese...it's molded,just bought it last night...so y'all check it best u can before buying!!!! Because checking date doesn't matter...dated for November... It's only August,why would it be molded like that....?.....Borden u have some explaining to do,this isn't good cheese...lol...like it says next to molded cheese Borden cheese real cheese real good...y'all can pull the mold off n eat it,but to be paying for this has me a little upset...do better if u want money for ur products....

I had gone in to buy some milk and it was bad, so I went back in and got another one and it was bad too. I told the cashier, who called the manager and they took me to the back to pick out another milk, turned out the refrigerator was not working because all the milks were bad. At first they seemed upset because I was complaining about the milk. But once they realized it was the whole refrigerator they actually replaced it and took precautions so other customers wouldn't get the milk until it was replaced. I stared 2 stars because if it wasn't for customers like me that are persistent and actually demand a replacement they won't have known about the refrigerator. I feel like the management and it's employees only do their hourly jobs and don't care about other needs to maintain the store. The restrooms are always dirty. And the lines are always big. If you have an issue you have to wait until the manager is available or come back another day .

Siempre es muy interesante y agradable ir de compras a este lugar, especialmente porque allí encuentras productos,mercadería, empleados y público que te hace sentir que estás en algún país de Latinoamérica, por los productos que allí puede cada quien comprar, como en su propia tierra, da gusto y tristeza al mismo tiempo y especialmente me alegra ver que la iniciativa de esos comerciantes, ese empuje para sostener ese comercio tan bello y tan bien surtido y con cómodos precios, es recomendable.

Good afternoon, my name is Carlos. Today in the afternoon at 4:20 I was attended by Mrs. Stepheni at the Mart #9 party. She provided terrible customer service. I have never dealt with such a rude manager. It is truly embarrassing. As the leader of the cashiers, she should have a kind and respectful attitude. The truth is that she should pay more attention and care to the people they hire as managers. 😠😠😠😠😠😠

I rarely come to this Fiesta and the one time I do. I get this rude manager named Willie. Just as we were leaving I stopped by the machine to get a scratch off and lotto ticket. Only one came out and I was forced to ask a manager for help. I understand the store was busy and all Willie had to say was “sure, give me a second” instead he made a face and said he was super busy and he wasn’t even suppose to be there. I asked if there was someone else who could help since he was too busy and he said no. Willie basically said wait till I’m ready or leave. When he finally showed up and pulled the ticket out he made a nasty remark “all that fuss for nothing” I’ve never felt so embarrassed, unwanted as a customer, and disappointed with Fiesta. I wasn’t even rude and was willing to wait for him or anyone to help. But I will say I will never be retuning to this Fiesta all because Willie made me feel uncomfortable with his nasty remarks and ugly faces.
