I've been a longtime customer and often received exceptional service. But maybe their website hasn't been updated, the couch-locked stoners wouldn't honor the 10% on "vape fridays" today? Good sales move mighta been to 1st: simply apologize, 2nd: honor your website, and 3rd: notify management to fix the error... And i don't think it matters where you work it doesn't look good to see staff continually lounging on the couches while in the store.

The Female manager there has to be the rudest person I've ever met in a pot shop. Treated us like we were idiots and has less customer service than a bum washing car windows. Do NOT recommend shopping there if she's working. The rest of the staff has been great every time. Even that female with colorful hair on her bad days is still 1000 times better than that manager. I wasn't going to make a review until I asked around and people basically said the same.

Bought a 50$ disposable, thing worked once, then started spitting dirty oil loogies into my mouth. Phoned, they knew exactly what kind it was, almost like it’s a regular occurrence or something, and that they could do something about it. Made the drive from a couple towns over, just to be told nope, they won’t do anything about it. Sure, scam me out of a couple bucks, whatever, but I value my time, so thanks for wasting it. I hope you gamble on a fart and lose. 🤙🏻

Definitely the worse place I’ve been to! Definitely the most rude staff I’ve ever met, the tall skinny male is a complete waist of space lmfao definitely need to learn customer service before the shop just closes cause of it !!! Read the reviews, step up ur game, thought weed was supposed to make people cheerful but not in this case, definitely the crappiest place to go in the morning for your ganja goodness! They’ll ruin ur whole day in heartbeat (: honestly never left a review in my life till this place disrespected us customers. We’re the one that pays you paycheques buddy, without us your outta a job

This store is like going in Fort Knox, then when you finally get into the the store, the selection is one of the worst I’ve ever seen, and the staff is rude.
I would recommend going somewhere else.

Im a construction worker from saskatoon that travels all over the entire province for work and i can say hands down after being in this store once, it has the best selection ive seen, some of the best, welcoming staff in the industry, so i dropped a quick $300, and made this review, highly reccomend this store, for everything marijuana.
