Yet another example of Freeds being amazing. Yes, the products are great, but the people in store are always outstanding. Best retail men's clothing store anywhere. This time, Olivia helped me with something I needed to pay for, for my friend to collect and bring to me while I am overseas, and the service could not have been better. Thank-you so much.

This review is 4yrs overdue. When my dad died I wasn’t prepared with any appropriate clothing to wear for funeral. I asked the gentleman here for help and he took me to a tailor who stopped what he was doing to measure me, then I was brought to another gentleman who picked out shirt, tie, pants, belt , shoes, suit. The whole deal. Quickly. I was in and out within what felt like 30min. And it was priced so far below what I thought it would be. I needed guidance and they stepped up. This was an enormous weight off my shoulders at that time. Huge thanks ! Can’t appreciate them enough. Well done.

This was my first time visiting Freeds, and I drove from Michigan across the bridge to check it out. I’m so glad I did! I was happy to find a Canada Goose jacket in the store at a very very competitive price. Most importantly, the customer service was outstanding!

I also had the chance to chat with the store owners, who truly care about their customers and provide top-level shopping experience.

For anyone living in Michigan, I highly recommend visiting Freeds. They have an impressive inventory and make the trip well worth it!

A few days ago I went to buy a suit with my girlfriend and we went when the store was about to close and I needed it so badly due to an emergency. We met the owner and he was so nice to us and we went the next day to final fitting and everything. He was there the whole time helping us to get my first suit. Even employee Ryan was so helpful in picking the accessories. Had a wholesome experience in buying clothes after a long time. The owner shared their wonderful journey with us. After the experience it all made sense why they are still running so smoothly after 4 generations.

Had a great experience !! Im from Kingston and am a very tough size to fit. I was directed to a gentleman named Ari and he was very fast and through I was shocked at how quickly the on-site tailor came over and had everything measured up for alterations. I was nervous when it came to shoe as not many places have large or wide sizes I was very happy to learn that Freeds had an array large and wide I was able to find a size 15 3E that for my feet remarkably well. The fellow in the men’s shoe department informed me they stocked up to size 16 in a few pairs of shoes. The store is very large but they make you so comfortable with their kind and friendly service that it feels like you’re the only customer. I will be making the trip to freeds many times in the future
