One of the best restaurants in Downtown Windsor with a very welcoming staff. The food is budget friendly and up to the mark. I am personally recommend the poutine here. The music and ambience give it the extra touch it needed.

When I was experimenting with different sauces. They personally came to my table and served me garlic sauce letting me know its a better combination. These things show the dedication and kindness of the staff

Listen. I’m not even exaggerating. Fry Frenzy has officially served me the best fries I’ve ever had in my life. Like, ever. The cheese pull on these things? Unreal. That garlic sauce? Chef’s kiss. I don’t even know how to describe it other than magical. You know food is good when you’re still talking about it hours later like it was a core memory.

My mom ordered the chicken wings and fries combo. They weren’t fried as hard as she likes them at first, so she asked if they could go a little crispier. They took them right back and refried them with no problem, no attitude, just kindness and great customer service. Everyone was so sweet, greeted us with a smile, and we legit left smiling too.

They even put our food in more travel-friendly trays so it stayed warm and crispy while we were on the go. That came in so clutch because we had a bit of a drive back to our hotel in Ann Arbor. And let me tell you — even two hours later, cold and microwaved, those fries STILL hit. The cheese was still stretchy and fresh. Do you know how rare that is?

The shop itself is cozy and welcoming. They’ve got little games like Jenga if you’re dining in, which made it feel super laid-back and fun. It had that small-business charm with big-time flavor.

Honestly, there wasn’t much in Windsor that blew me away, but I would come back just for those fries. That’s how good they were. 10 out of 10 recommend. Fry Frenzy, y’all really understood the assignment!

Our first meal in Canada and first time trying Poutine. My chicken Shawarma was totally excellent! Our son said his chicken sandwich was excellent and he loved the table top Jenga! Service was friendly and atmosphere was very relaxed.

Tried FryFrenzy’s for the first time, and it did not disappoint. I ordered the cheese dogs and loaded fries with gravy, and everything was absolutely delicious and full of flavour. What really stood out to me was the cut of their fries—they stayed perfectly crispy despite all the toppings and sauces. The customer service was also fantastic, making the experience even better. Highly recommend this place!

Me and my friends went at night while exploring windsor. The poutine was amazing (at a really good price). Got the jumbo chicken poutine, the gravy is not too salty, the cheese is perfectly stretch, fries were good and toppings were super flavorful. The owners are super sweet, gave us a free bottle of water with cups when I slightly choked on the food!

The poutine had crispy fries, fresh cheese curds, and a rich gravy with meat options that hit all the right notes. The best i have tried in windsor. The beef sandwich was packed with flavor, and the house special wings were perfectly juicy with a deliciously tangy sauce. Each dish was super tasty and well prepared. Definitely a place I’ll be coming back to! 10/10

I ate Putin twice. It was the most delicious thing I had while studying in Canada. There were two juice services, and the clerk was very kind. I want to go again.

Full of flavors! I had the chicken poutine and the wok, and both were fantastic. The chicken poutine is the best in town, with generous portions. The wok is incredibly cheesy and packed with flavor. Service was 10/10!
