I wish I'd checked these reviews before ordering but as the Grazia UK website links to them, I thought it would be fine. Now I'm not even sure it's legitimate. I've ordered from them twice, both times the magazine has never arrived. When I contacted to follow up, they said to allow 7-10 working days after dispatch to receive the order, which makes no sense. Sending something from the UK, to another UK address does not take that long.

Do not recommend purchasing from them at all.

DO NOT DEAL with unless you like people helping themselves to your bank account without authorisation!! Customers services informed me it was “not a continual subscription” but yet they continue to take my money well after the subscription end date. They stated the onus was on me to cancel! Even though they never send you any correspondence to inform you the subscription is due to end / renew etc. Awful company that pray on people with busy lives. Avoid at all costs!

If I could give no stars trust me I would! BAD CUSTOMER service and I lost over $80.00! NEVER received my first puzzle book and a block has been put on this company at my bank. I kept receiving emails from the British Postal Service saying my first book would arrive and it was late due to Covid (HMMMMMMMM). Strange, I received packages with other companies from England with NO problems!
Anyway, if they can live with it so can I.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER !!! I've been a subscriber for 15 years, always having trouble to renew, to talk to someone, to receive an answer for a problem and more and more and more. That's it, I quit my subscription to MOJO magazine with that raise of nearly 75% this year. Don't do business with Great Magazines. I don't understand how they are still doing business.

I purchased the "Empire Summer 2022" preview issue from them back on May 10th. I realize its coming from the UK, so had to accept their ETA of 10-14 days for arrival. After not receiving a response or the magazine 23 days later, I reached out to inquire what happened. Their customer service didn't know where the package was, so they offered to send a replacement, which they said would take 28 days (!) to reach me.

That defeats the purpose of having a summer preview issue to read, its double the amount of time expected as the first shipment, so I asked if they could expedite it. Customer service said they could not. So then I asked to cancel the order, which they also said they can't do.

Really just an unprofessional and unhelpful company.

I purchased a subscription as a gift in 2020, the magazine arrived extremely sporadically but I put this down to the the global situation, it was also nearly impossible to either call /email customer service as there doesn't seem to be available numbers or emails to contact anyone . However, at the end of that subscription period I was billed again for another full year which I was fairly unhappy about seeing as it wasn't something I was expecting to happen . Having had a less than positive experience with great magazines in 2020 I couldn't have expected that the service would have become even worse! Since June of 2021 my father has received only one magazine, from a monthly subscription. You can't contact the company via email or phone so you're left with no product and no chance of a refund either. Seeing that so many other people have had similar experiences now, I'm confident in saying that this company should be avoided at all costs. It has been a truly abysmal experience.

Subscribed to a monthly magazine roughly 1 year ago, only had 6 out of 11 magazines.
I have emailed and had some queries responded to and some not.
Requested a refund and they have just extended my subscription, on 4 occasions now. I have pointed out how pointless this is as I never receive the magazine yet we continue to go in a never ending loop of my "illusive subscription" being extended...
Worst company, honestly wish I hadn't bothered and will be cancelling future subscriptions - nearly a 50% failure rate, I genuinely don't think I would trust them to look after my pet rock at that rate!!

Awful company. Put an auto renew on every subscription and even if you call and get it removed they say that you haven’t and just charge you to extend the subscription without authorisation via Bauer media. Which is always alot more than the original cost.
Despite it being a Leicester the call centre is not based in the uk and the customer services via email and call clearly don’t understand.
DO NOT DEAL with unless you like people helping themselves to your bank account without authorisation.
