Well I used to give this place 5 stars but now it down to 2 possibly even 1 star. And the reason for that is they still don't have a restroom. And the main reason is the seats they have inside the theater. They are some hard seats that it's so hard to sit down and be comfortable. They are some bear down wood and metal chairs that trust me thats why this place stays empty. Cus nobody wants to sit on these hard seats not even for 10 minutes. It hurts your behind to sit on them . Hope fully the owner reads this and brings back the couches. Yes the theater price is still 10 dollars but for the seats it's 10 $ thrown away. Been here 15 minutes and my ass already hurts from sitting on these hard ass seats. Bring the couches back and you will see how business starts booming again. Wouldn't be the first time I recommend something for business and it works. So bring the couches back and it will be a 5 star place again. Meanwhile to all the customers don't waste your money. Unless you wanna sit down on some hard ass seats. Couches couches couches. Swameet down the street. Couches. I'll help you bring them in. I'll help you but them but please bring them back. Hate to see such a well known place go to waste. Message me if you need help.. thanks. Now can I get a refund for my theater ticket. I wanna go lay down on jolars couch. Nice and comfy. Thanks.

Came here today to check it out, the sign says 24 hours and website does

It’s been like this all or majority of the evening, I asked someone who was also not granted permission and. I know this areas dodgy so maybe they lock the doors and enter guests one by one but Apparently this isn’t the norm. Cause who ever is inside is not actually paying attention to the door.

It was very clean. People are really nice. Me and my girl came in two nights ago. the seats are steel and very uncomfortable. We tried to tough it out. but had to leave. other then that it was great but i have to think of her comfort.

This one is expensive compared to the other adult bookstores around the area . $6 dollars just to be able to enter the arcade. They also have a buzzer lock that controls who and when people can enter the theatre. It would be nice if there was a button to alert the clerks that a paying customer, with a valid entry ticket, would like to Renter the theatre,( which is $10 just for the ticket! )
There is hardly anyone ever in there so if solitude is what you’re after, then this is your place. The staff is nice which is why I gave 2 stars instead of 1 star..

The employees are all great very friendly and helpful. The booths are always clean and theater is okay need better seating other than that great place to have fun. Good selection of toys with decent prices.

First of all, the older white manager working there is very friendly and helpful. I would have given a five star just for him. But the young white guy works there has some serious attitude problems, loud, obnoxious and nasty af. See other bad reviews of this place about this guy and that’s him. We had very similar bad experiences, and won’t come back anytime soon because of this freak. HiLite, you should find a new clerk.

Ok hi lite I'm gonna put it to you like this. I've been a customer of your for about 5 years now. And I had always gave you 5 stars before. But now you only get 2 stars. Why you ask. Well. First of all no bathroom. You know it's very inconvenient when there is no bathroom in a business. Second of all your recliners were awesome at one point but I like the couches you used to have before. I mean. How much can some nice couches be. ? I believe you have lost a lot of customers for those 2 reasons. Ohh and one more thing. It would be nice if you would change the movies everytime they finish not just play them over and over for 8 hours straight. Hope next time I come here isee some improvements. Thank you.

The clerk Jonathan here was helpful not only to me but to each customer individually... he knew the answers to all the questions asked help a couple by a vibrator helped me pick out lube for my toys and directed the old guy to the theater in one breath.... he was friendly and fun it was a nice change in the customer service industry.
