Just a wonderful experience. I had put a kitchen together myself in the kitchen planner program but Diala put me to shame quickly. Went though our order piece by piece to ensure we were getting what we wanted.

I had the absolute pleasure of meeting Fajr during my recent trip to IKEA, and she is genuinely one of the kindest, most welcoming people I’ve ever met. From the moment she greeted me, she made me feel completely at ease — like I was being helped by an old friend.

I asked a bunch of questions (some of which felt pretty silly!), but Fajr never made me feel bad or uncomfortable. She patiently guided me through everything with a big smile and the warmest attitude. Her kindness was so genuine, and her willingness to go the extra mile just made my day.

People like her turn an ordinary shopping trip into something memorable. IKEA is lucky to have someone so sweet, helpful, and truly wonderful on their team. Thank you, Fajr, for being a ray of sunshine! 🌞💛

We are ecstatic with our IKEA kitchen! It was something we always wanted to do and we are throughly pleased with the end result! Kudos to my husband for all his workmanship-he did an amazing job! I highly recommend you spend the nominal amount and sit with their trained staff to plan your project-it’s so worth it. We had Fajir at the Windsor outlet and she was wonderful, so appreciated her help and support in giving us the kitchen we’ve been dreaming of. Two of our friends have also decided because ours looks so amazing they also have booked with Fajir to plan their IKEA kitchen. 5 stars!!!

@Ikea, try to help customers in the Windsor area instead of using this showroom just as a branding/marketing tool. For that you need to put employees there who can at least pretend to help and not acting like they are busy with some serious corporate work. The only statement I get from the lady who sits there is that, "we cannot do anything to help you in ordering or returning stuffs from here" or "you need to find yourself some licensed professional for the installation". I wanted to actually give you zero or negative star (after multiple visits to this specific branch in last few years).

We just moved to Windsor in a home with very small closets. We came to IKEA to make our home easier to live in.
Fajr is a wonderful designer. She truly wants to make her customers happy. She understands space and dimensions but most of all she has incredible knowledge of the IKEA product itself. She designed 2 beautiful wardrobes for us and a pantry/utility wall . Thank you Fajr for your patience and expertise.
