(North york location) I swear if I could leave zero stars I would! DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE! Their place is very dirty, their keyboards had layers and layers of visible germs and grime around the keys, they headsets were wrecked and barely worked, the night we went there was a group of guys yelling profanities in their language and I mean YELLING like at the top of their lungs. Their PCs were also not the best. I would NOT recommend going there. My husband and I literally left after 10 minutes of playing cause we could not stand the yelling and the dirty environment. 100% one of the worst experiences we had.

Staff is great, probably one of the best internet cafes I've been to in Toronto. Venue is quite large and very clean. Decent prices to play and venue has a good variety or hot food and cold beverages. I think the only thing I'd like is if they had gaming chairs with adjustable height and back support. Other than that, I love it here. Will definitely be coming back.

Came on a busy night and placed an order for food & drinks. After 45 minutes, the food didn’t come and my time was about to expire so there was no point in eating the food. I went to the staff to ask for a refund and they were apologetic since it was a busy night. The staff was pretty nice!

Overall, the pcs worked pretty well and the chairs were comfy. The prices aren’t bad either. Recommend this place if you’re looking for an Internet cafe or to play board games with friends!

去网娱充个网费，前台那个卷发眼镜男，不知道是有什么病，一副臭脸对着客人。自从12月以来，我已经第三次被网娱的工作人员恶心了。

我来你们店已经两年多，但不会再来了。

老板，你这生意要是不想做了，就赶紧关店走人。你在这恶心客人，自己又赚不到钱，何苦呢？损人不利己吧？

喝的：奶茶甜的有点齁，下单的时候没法选甜度。西瓜椰椰非常不错，加寒天简直绝了！
玩的：玩的是剧本杀，dm很专业！

If you're coming here purely for the gaming itself, it's not bad. The staff was very nice to me and my friends and even helped us out when my initial computer was very laggy.

However, I would recommend staying away from the drinks and food. I had ordered the fruit tea mojito and all honestly it tasted very good. I really did like it. But since I'm a slow drinker I took the rest home, but once I did I realized there was a bug in my drink that had been cut in half. I feel extremely disgusted and have no idea if I drank any of it. This is really disturbing and I don't know if I'd come back after this.

The staff were very nice however so I don't want to fault them 100% as the store was very busy. But I cannot move past this.
