I’m very grateful for the thoughtful and patient service at JW Lights. Although the store is small, it has everything you need; I purchased lighting and bathroom supplies for my new home here. I also want to thank Ms. Penny for her patience; despite my perfectionism and constant changes in products, she was always there to help me resolve my issues. Additionally, I appreciate the professional service from the installation team, as well as the electrician and plumber, Mr. Teo, whose expertise resolved many of my problems. In short, it was "worth every penny."

Penny and Ms Lee were very helpful and professional in helping me choose the LED ceiling fans which are suitable for my home. They are both knowledgeable and understanding. We started having leaks in the master bedroom and corridor walkway outside the common toilet. Not trusting this company, we got a different plumber and air con company in separately to check the leaks and the weak flushing master bedroom toilet bowl and they concluded independently :-

1) yard toilet drilled into a water pipe that is causing major leaking into the house
2) master bedroom cistern and bowl connector was disconnected during installation so water is no going into the bowl but leaking into the concealed wall holding the cistern and through the wall leaking into the toilet
3) our house is now damaged with all these water leakage, the skirting is popping out from the wall

We only have a receipt from your company to bring you to case and court. See you in court.

I ordered 3 toilet bowls and 2 sinks. After day 1, only 1 was working, 1 could not flush, 1 sink was leaking and balanced could not be installed. We had to survive with only 1 working toilet bowl for another day. They came back on Day 3, uninstalled my master bedroom new toilet bowl to install back the original s the excuse was I upgraded to a larger bowl and my cistern is too small with too little water. End of Day 3, master toilet bowl (old one) installed back, still cannot flush and no one picked up my calls nor reply anymore. VERY BAD SERVICE.

Installer came on time for appointment, professional conduct and shares his knowledge when I had some questions on the fixtures, etc. Sales lady was always answering and going the extra mile, I purchased via online and she recommended the best within my budget. Thank you and you guys rock for accommodating my request before the festive!

Miss Lee and Penny rendered very good service when I was there at their retail shop. They are nice, friendly and knowledgeable. Had some trouble with some electrical applications and they quickly arrange an electrician to site to help up at the very same day. Thank you so much for the kind assistance! Highly recommended!

最近组屋翻新(HIP)，经朋友介绍到JW Lights M Bathroom (金旺）逛逛，Ms Lee很有礼貌耐心的接待，虽然第一次没有决定够买。
第二次我再回去提出我要的Bathroom accessories ，我要的长度、款式等等，Ms Lee 都很耐心乐意的帮我找，最终完成，她也给了一些很公道的价钱，价廉物美08/05/24完成了HIP。
上星期也决定把客厅、房间、厨房7盏灯换成LED，经Ms Lee介绍，今天28/05完成了安装。
Ms Lee对所有产品了如指掌，丰富的知识，其他员工也一样有礼貌。
我如果还需要什么？还是会回到JE金旺，也会推荐给需要的朋友，不是“吹牛”是事实，你自己去看看体会吧。
