Kinokuniya Books has such a cute and wide selection of Manga, Stationary, Pens, and just about everything in between. I came here for their ink selection and fountain pens. Their prices are a little high but they carry all you could need so it’s worth it for a one stop shop. The staff is nice but stretched thin with tasks so more help is needed to help customers with the locked cases. Usually crowded but easy to navigate.

An Anime / Manga lovers dream store. Figures of all sizes, anime, tapestries, tons, and tons of manga in English and Japanese. If you are a regular shopper, it really does pay to get the yearly membership.

My sister has been telling me about this place, and finally I was able to come visit. They definitely have alot of variety things, from books, toys for children, collective items, wall clocks, and so much more. Items are a bit pricey, but the pricing makes sense considering the items being imported. We mainly came here for these unique charms for your cell phone. Definitely worth the time to go in and browse. There is something for everyone. We will definitely be returning back.

This store has tons of great manga and art books. I always leave with a few things. The only downside to this shop is the staff. They are always upset if you have a question and annoyed if you ask to check out while they are talking to each other behind the counter.

Pretty good shop option. They re-did the layout and I think it's great. Not as tight or congested. They got a section for Anime sound track CD's, Manga, booms, pens, and of course all sorts of various other little items. I will say they do price gouge some items here. The plushies in the back being one. They are charging 65 dollars for a plague doctor plushie I saw at a mall in the area for 30. If you see anything items you like it doesn't hurt to price check it on your phone just to be safe with that kind of steep mark up. This is a card only store, so make sure you don't plan on paying with cash.

This is such an interesting book store. There are many unique finds if you are looking for gifts and or if your looking for something for yourself. They have a variety of pens, paper, cards, unique teddy bears and loads of anime books, posters, and figurines. I will be going back often.

No clue why you would shop here. Amazon sells the same items at half of the price. For example, Vinland Saga, Blade of the Immortal, Vagabond $50 per copy which is insane. One Piece Box 1 priced at $250. I get the prices on imported Japanese items, but everything else was incredibly overpriced. The store looked nice and is at a good location.

This japanese-inspired bookstore and stationery Depot has many sought after manga and small caliber writing tools. Also a few art supplies. Collectibles and wearable merch from your favorite Japanese characters also available. I have an enjoyable time whenever I stop at the store. My only suggestion is that the employees be more attentive to the customers. The women have always been friendly and helpful in the past but some of the younger guys seem to be more interested in their own conversations than helping the customers. It only happened one time, but it was a visit where was looking for an ended up buying multiple items and the employee in question seemed too busy to help, and or gave me short answers instead of helping me thoroughly. Otherwise, looking forward to shopping there again!
I bought my son a cool pair of socks and a t- shirt for his birthday. If I get a chance I will update with the pictures.
* pictured in this review are items from my last couple of visits: a Japanese wall Banner, a couple of posters, some grid-style notebooks for practicing kanji characters, a book binder/pen holder, and a gel pen. Practicing kanji can be difficult when you use average pens with a large diameter size.
I love the fact that they carry .05, .04, .03, (and .25?) size gel pens, and in a large variety of colors.
These are great options when you are drawing kanji characters with multiple elements in them in a very small space.
