If you can find what you are looking for most likely they can get it or order it for you. Since you are here, check out the Asian food court just next to the bookstore.

lovely assortment of items ranging from asian branded stationary, studio ghibli, video games, manga, etc. the manga section is incredibly well organized by alphabetical order and divided up into an english and japanese section. even if you don’t plan on buying something, kinokuniya is a lovely place to stop by and look around while visiting mitsuwa marketplace!

"We'll just pop in for a minute!" NEVER happens. Set aside at least 90 minutes when you visit Kino. Two full hours realistically ?

They have _everything_ ? ..books, manga, thimble sized knick-knacks, pens, pencils. Omg. Stickers! Funny soap. Model kits. Plushies. Totes. Grab a basket and plop everything in there ?

Not your ordinary bookstore... So many interesting things to find (and take home). If you like Asian stationery and literature, this is definitely a place to visit. It's a plus that it is inside the Mitsuwa complex, which makes it a stone's throw away from the asian grocery and food stalls.

We make a regular monthly trip in from the city to buy the latest manga. Always busy but well organized and the staff are very helpful. If they don’t have what you need you can have it ordered or have them call you when it is in stock.

This place have a good amount of anime or vtuber stuff. If you like vtuber this is the place to check out.

But do know that this kinokynya is infamous for rude employees. There is Asian wears glasses with buttons on his apron. And there is a old lady that I have seen ppl say she call other slurs and lash out on customers. ?

The place is fine, but the attitude from some of the employees here is atrocious and unpleasant. It's fine to just look at cool stuff in the store. But I will never buy a single thing in this place. ?
