Decent local neighborhood Kroger good to run in and get the basics, but I typically choose to goto a larger store even for routine shopping.

The employees are very friendly and helpful so the vibe is a calmer.

It’s a smaller store and older / more run down than other locations. The meat section isn’t as well stocked so selection isn’t as good. The produce section is on par. There’s no pharmacy.

Parking is pretty easy as there’s lots of spaces.

I went to pay my bills today at this location and you can tell we in a more nicer area. They are selling beautiful Christmas trees and some of the pine needles left a trail which are very slippery right at the front door. They have the most on time clean up man that came just as fast as I seen it he already had a whole mini street sweeper to clean it up I was impressed by how fast it was taken care of. That could've been a disaster but thanks to the amazing staff it wasn't a problem. As I was watching the man clean up the mess the lady at the customer service desk was having an issue with 2 customers. I don't think that it's appropriate it ask anyone for their ID if using a debit card that requires a 4 digit pin that is something that is stupid. But either way there was some sort of miscommunication between this lady and those customers prior to today so he was warning me about her service. I made the conclusion that the lady Victoria is a good worker with a calm friendly personality. She took care of my bills just fine even though she had just been yelled at in front of a room full of people. She maintained her voice level throughout the entire incident which I would not have been able to do that. The bill payment part was fast .The manager came over to speak with her about that happened and they maintained professional behavior. There was a worker who overheard the commotion and came to assist incase it escalated. He maintained his professionalism while still letting the 2 customers know don't be cursing at the workers. It was taken care of very well and I appreciate it because I was in a hurry. This location has some very good employees and Kroger really should be proud of that. They had cashier's ready and waiting to take customers. I already did my grocery shopping here before and they have a great Deli department and bakery. Definitely I will do my shopping and bill pay here. It feels like they actually care about people at this location.

Been coming here for years and sad to say the deli has declined greatly... I bought a 8 piece fried chicken and both breast and both thighs were raw... Not just undercooked, RAW. I better not get salmonella.

Poor customer service, poor overall appearance and conditions of the store. the Kroger employee near the deli / bakery on 12/31 at 1:00 pm was lazy and more concerned with chatting it up with his friend rather than working. The employee didn’t offer to help and when I asked for an item ( the Hawaiian bread bowl) the Kroger website said was in stock he made an excuse saying they used to carry the Hawaiian bread bowl and now they’re sold out and when I asked if they had any bread bowels he just shrugged it off and said no.

I grew up in this neighborhood and have been coming to this location since the Walgreens was in the same shopping center, and I can say that the quality of customer service has tremendous declined. Just like tonight, it took the manager on duty almost 15 minutes to get an associate to check the price on a discounted item I was purchasing, and mind you I have a bum foot due to a recent surgery, so the wait was painful. I wouldn't have minded so much, but the attitude that was displayed by the lady was not comforting or apologetic at all , especially after finding out I wasn't lying about the discount. This isn't my first horrible encounter at this location, this just the straw that broke the camels back. If it wasn't for this location be conveniently placed, I know it would have shut down by now with this minimal level of service.

While this location isn’t as large as others, it still has a nice neighborhood feel to it. Staff were very friendly and it was easy to find everything I needed. Also, they had an item that none of the HEBs, Walmarts, or Targets in the area had - which was rather relieving to finally find. Parking lot is also smaller and a bit crammed compared to other Kroger lots, but nothing of too big of consequence. Would definitely recommend if it’s the closest grocery store to you.

This store used to be good but now it sucks. I ran my stuff up today at the self checkout . Had to go grab one thing. Came back and the attendant had removed my stuff and made me get back in line
