Kellie was very helpful She made sure we had proper fitting life jackets and gave us tips on how to get going on a paddle board. The equipment was top notch and we had a lot of fun. We'll definitely be renting from Lake Superior again and I hope we can purchase a paddle board from them soon!

Both Kelly and Barry were quite helpful on remedying a faulty blow up paddle board! They worked with the company on the warranty. Since I had no luck with blow up paddle boards they helped find me a hard board at a reasonable price with all the extras! They helped me set up the new roof rack for my truck and made my shopping experience a pleasure. I’ll recommend them for your paddle board needs.

We dealt with Barry & Kelly and they are simply a great couple who really know their product and are so easy to deal with. They have a shop on Ellis St. in Kelowna. They also give lessons at one of their rental sites and Kelly is an excellent instructor. If you are looking for a place to buy a board or to take lessons I would highly recommend their business.

Fantastic shopping experience! So I started by renting an Inflatable SUP at Okanagan Beach Rentals in Rotary Park, and I loved it! I then went to LakeSUP because they run the rental shop at Rotary. I told the owners I wanted to buy the same SUP that I used the week before so they pulled it out for me along with one of similar value and quality which had some minor differences. The owners spent about an hour explaining the differences of each SUP and diligently answering all of my questions! By the time I realized I had kept them 30 minutes past closing with all of my questions, I promptly chose the SUP that appealed to me more. The owners then took the time to show me how to properly put together and take apart the SUP. These people were very knowledgeable, patient, and helpful! And I greatly appreciate the time they took to make sure I was confident in the choice I made. I took my brand new SUP (SIC TaoTour 11.0) on the water today for the first time, and it was wonderful! Thank you both for your time and your help!

I don't think there's enough starts to rate this place. The owners went above and beyond with every little detail shared about paddle boards and which one to choose. They also shared excellent spots to paddle board around town. Paddle boards are excellent quality and we haven't had a problem with them.

Been eyeing up a paddle board for a bit.
But seeing them everywhere online all over the place with so many brands and such a wide price range its overwhelming and nothing really stood out.
Seen this local place and stopped in since it had good reviews.
What a great experience their very passionate about the sport and they took the time to explain everything. Showed me all the options and how they all differ from what you want to get out of it and with all the real world tips and tricks.
I learned a lot and decided to get a quality touring board. I’m happy I went in and highly recommend to anyone eyeing up a paddle board.
