The staff is so sweet! They often have art lessons and I love that they run programs for all ages. I go there all the time and I am always impressed by the new work they have up. It is the perfect balance between art gallery and art studio. 10/10 would recommend stopping by next time you are at the Rec Center.

The Leduc Arts Foundry is such an awesome art space hidden within Leduc. It's a lovely spot that's always filled with art and welcoming people. They also have some great classes anyone can take and I have always felt so welcome when visiting.

The Foundry also usually has different artist's work up on the walls so it's worth stopping in regularly to see new work!

We have recently begun a partnering relationship with the Leduc Arts Foundry and we are deeply moved by the staff's refreshing energy. During each interaction, they are exceptionally gracious and accommodating. The Foundry has created an outstanding space and all who visit will be inspired by its positive vibe and exquisite displays. We strongly recommend visiting the gallery and becoming aware of the many classes and activities they offer and host. The next time you find yourself in the LRC pop in and investigate!

I have been involved with the Leduc Arts Foundry since January 2022. I love this place. As I write this I am at the Foundry as Front Desk volunteer . I especially enjoy being here on Tuesdays. It is Drop -in day for adults until 4pm At this moment there are a dozen or so artists painting . Then from 4-7pm it is YDIP Youth Drop-in for teens and also for little ones. They can either do their own thing or participate in whatever activity our amazing volunteers are offering that day. Today they are painting pumpkins for Halloween. It is now after 4pm. There are at least 25 kids here between the ages of 5 and 15 and I am constantly amazed at how talented these kids are. Earlier this afternoon a group from LINX arrived for a tour of the Foundry. They toured the Gallery. The Gallery has exhibits which change monthly. The present exhibit is a result of a teaching by Josh Harnack to the YDIP group. Absolutely amazing work from these kids. I would encourage everyone to visit the Leduc Arts Foundry. It will be an experience you will not soon forget and then encourage everyone you know to come visit as well. We are also always needing more volunteers. With more volunteers we would be open longer hours and welcome that many more visitors to this wonderful facility.

YYDIP kids.

I called a week ago and ask if I could hang up some paintings at the art Foundary. They said I could and to bring down some paintings before Monday at 9:30 in the morning. So I did that and I brought the information required for biography for the artist as well. A week went by and my paintings were not hung up. So I called to see why they were not hung up yet in the Civic centre & library. They told me that there was some sort of conflict of interest, and that they could not put them up. I understood that the conflict of interest that had to do with the fact that I was not indigenous and I painted in indigenous artwork. Prejudice much I thought that they promoted artwork regardless of the race of the person painting the art work. They also didn't even bother to ask if I had any indigenous genealogy in my in my back ground. I seriously suggest that you do not ever deal with this Foundary!!
