Great toy store. Lot of different products that you don't see else where. Biggest plus..staff. The customer service there is excellent. Knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. One of the better stores in the mall that is always well looked after. My kids love it. I highly recommend it.

*Update* We are so thankful for the owners who reached out to us very promptly and were so understanding and appalled at what had happened. Amazing experience with them. Very thankful for how they sought to make things right from our previous experience. Absolutely horrendous experience. I have never been so rudely treated. Horrible customer service. Manager should be fired. After trying to return a waboba ball (that was taken out of the box, passed in the water for maybe 5 minutes) realized it was completely defective. Cracked and Split all over. After trying to explain what happened she insisted that it was used and threatened to throw me out of the store. I'm in shock. Awful, awful experience.

Went in with my boyfriend looking for a chess set and a few other bits and bobs, Kayla immediately greeted us and helped us with what we were looking for! Her co worker was also very helpful too! Both had wonderful customer service and made the experience very enjoyable, we will definitely come back due to such a great team !

My family and I love the bored-game selection, and the puzzle section! The staff are always knowledgeable. The only problem is its a bit too far for regular visits, my wallet thinks that’s a good thing though lol!

Nathan is a great employee, as he was so personable with our young son. When it came to showing the toy that our son was interested in, Nathan was so enthusiastic and patient. Nathan also showed a lot of knowledge on the products and made us all feel really welcomed. Excellent guy! Sincerely, Two happy parents 😀

The cashier became verbally abusive after I picked up a second Needoh product. Needoh products have a different stiffness so the only way to tell if you you will like the stiffness is to feel it. She said "no one wants to buy products other people have touched" she also said "most people have the courtesy to ask before picking up products". I tried to explain to her that they have different stiffnesses and she just stared at me blankly. It's funny to me when local businesses complain about people not shopping locally and then proceed to provide awful service to the point of never wanting to come back. My response to your comment below. Your response has shown how you truly feel. You have fully missed the point, I made it abundantly clear I was talking about stiffness. You are the only person in this awful interaction who has mentioned texture. Do not exaggerate how many non sealed packages I opened. As I said above, I opened 2 packages to compare stiffness.

Amazing owners. Great customer service. I bought a puzzle from them last night, online. You can't go into the store right now due to the pandemic, so they dived to my front door this morning for no extra charge. (I am local). All the while they were in constant contact with me via email.
