I had a really bad experience at this shop. I went in and did lash extensions and they were done within 20 minutes for a full 6D eye lash extension. They kept changing the price and it was $100 more than they quoted me at the beginning. The price eyelashes were not individually placed but placed in clumps. My eyes were stinging from the glue. I had an eye infection after for the next few weeks and my lash line hurt really bad. The lashes kept poking my eyes and they were hanging loose. I lost a lot of my own eyelashes after doing my lashes with them.

I will not recommend this shop to anyone. I will never go there again!

I made a honest mistake of not checking the reviews before purchasing a package! I was quite pleased with my first session and signed a package but to my horror the subsequent visits were really not worth my money at all.

For my second visit, the manicurist kept emphasizing how cheap I bought the package for, when it honestly is more expensive than a lot of other places. For my third visit, another manicurist cut two of my fingers during the classic manicure session. (Which is no surprise sensing how rough she was with them). They hurt a lot when I shower or touch water. Upon closer inspection, the gel polish were not applied closely to my cuticles as well. The end of my finger (one of them) was not properly filed too…

Now I just want to clear my package and will NOT recommend this place to anyone.

Did normal classic mani and there are small bubbles on my nails now. The staff were also not very welcoming, bought a package previously and now just clearing the sessions so I can finish using the package. Will not recommend this salon.

There’s a reason why the reviews are so poor. Went in to get a quick gel manicure fix that’s supposed to be $18 as per their poster. First, they wanted additional $10 for nicer colors. fine, fair enough. Confirmed that I wanted to mix colors (which is totally normal and not chargeable at other manicure salon) and they said it’s doable and part of the deal. After quick filing of nails, when I’ve chosen five color, they said it costs additional $15 or $18 cos they have to ‘open a diff bottle of color’ every single time. Unbelievable. Could have just been transparent from the start. I had no choice since they’ve alrdy filed my nails. The Chinese staff was really kind though, so kudos to her but seriously. Unethical business that’s just out to rip ppl off. Don’t ever go there.

Absolutely overpriced. Went for a $18 express gel manicure as per poster. Did only solid colours and 1 finger extension and they charged me $63 for it. With $63 I could’ve done a classic unlimited design. When I asked, they said removal fee and extension plus special colour. If the price is not $18 then don’t bother putting the poster there to mislead people. It’s false marketing. Absolutely terrible and felt so cheated, most expensive express solid colours nail I have ever done. Tried to UPSELL me for express foot at $38 which is not even the normal pricing. Don’t ever do a walk in. Even if you book a slot knowing the pricing, the will unknowingly mark it up!!

Really bad experience at this shop. Went to do eye lash extension, asked what are the designs available. The eyelash artist replied : “oh just show us a reference pic and we can do it!” Ask for pricing, as there is a sign that states eyelash extension cost between $68-$128. In the end, the staff said $68 is for cluster lash, for 3D it will be $108. So i thought since im gonna pay $108, why not just do a design for $128 ( in fact any picture u show them fr reference, they will quote $128). Ended up, it was nothing like the picture i have shown, she just did a natural 3D for me and wants to charge
Me $128 for it. The whole time when she was doing my lash, it stung badly due to the glue. And she didnt even complete my eyelash, the back part of my lash were not done, it was left empty with no extensions?!? Never going back again! Time management was so bad, while i was doing eyelash, multiple customers
Came for their appointment but was told to wait.

If there could be 0.5 stars I would have rated, went into remove extensions on five fingers cost $15. Nail technician didn’t soak it off, she literally took nail clippers and started ripping them off…

Very professional, highly recommended!! Cathy did an exceptional job for my lashes, her service was top notch and her skills and attention to detail was amazing. Extremely pleased with my lashes. Tried a couple of places but none of those lashes lasted as long, super pleased with her technique! Will definitely be back
