Went there to change my screen protector, and the staff spoke in Malay thinking I don’t understand just cause I’ve got Singapore passport and Chinese. The screen protector they pasted had issues sticking on, usual protocol would be to change a new damn piece. But no the staff got another Chinese woman to take over who used Gum to stick it on. Seriously.. and when I said you know I understand everything yall are saying? Still can say I know ah. Then clearly there’s a problem with your service and SOP. Really hoping the screen protector doesn’t pop up in a couple of days or have any issue next time when removing. If I had wanted a Glue with UV protector, I would have asked for it.

UPDATE:
Bubbles have appeared on my screen already. The top right corner has a tiny chip off on the screen as well! Must be from her scratching so hard trying to Push out the bubbles (Less than an hour) Very Disappointed and pissed off.
